รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมือง มีความประสงค์จัดจ้างโครงการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือน (Virtual Machine) VMware เพื่อให้ระบบสารสนเทศที่ให้บริการแก่บุคลากรภายในและประชาชนสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 225 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุม 3 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ 1) งานบำรุงรักษาป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) จำนวน 3 ครั้ง ณ สถานที่ตั้งภายในกรมฯ โดยมีการตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อม ประสิทธิภาพ การสำรองข้อมูล Configuration ทำความสะอาด และให้ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพและมั่นคงปลอดภัย 2) งานซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Fixed Problem) เมื่อเกิดความชำรุดขัดข้อง โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาอะไหล่ทดแทนที่มีคุณสมบัติเทียบเท่าหรือดีกว่า และปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงระดับการให้บริการแบบ 8x5 (SLA 8x5) และ 3) การต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ (License/Subscription) ของซอฟต์แวร์และบริการต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้องตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด รวมถึงการอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์ให้เป็นรุ่นล่าสุด
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทำและส่งมอบเอกสารสำคัญ เช่น แผนดำเนินงาน คู่มือตรวจสอบสถานะเบื้องต้น รายงานการให้บริการ (Service Report) และไฟล์ Configuration ของอุปกรณ์ ตามงวดการส่งมอบงานทั้ง 3 งวด โครงการมีงบประมาณ 2,200,000 บาท
The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to hire a contractor for the VMware Virtual Machine System Equipment Maintenance Project. The goal is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of information systems serving both internal staff and the public. The project duration is 225 days from the contract signing date.
The scope of work encompasses three main areas: 1) Preventive Maintenance to be performed 3 times on-site at the department, including environmental checks, performance monitoring, configuration backup, cleaning, and providing recommendations for optimal and secure operation. 2) Corrective Maintenance (Fixed Problem) in case of malfunctions, requiring the contractor to supply equivalent or better replacement parts and adhere to an 8x5 Service Level Agreement (SLA 8x5). 3) Renewal of Software Licenses and Subscriptions for the equipment to ensure compliance, including updating software to the latest versions.
The contractor is responsible for delivering key documents such as the approved work plan, basic operational status manual, service reports, and equipment configuration files according to the three specified delivery milestones. The project budget is 2,200,000 THB.
