รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงอาคารสำนักงานอธิบดีและผู้อำนวยการเขต และอาคารปฏิบัติการเขต 6 (ศาลายา) ให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ทันสมัย มีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย โดยครอบคลุมขอบเขตงานที่หลากหลาย ได้แก่ 1) การสำรวจและจัดทำผังแม่บททางวิศวกรรม 2) งานปรับปรุงโครงสร้างอาคารที่มีความเสียหาย 3) งานสถาปัตยกรรมทั้งภายในและภายนอก เช่น การปรับปรุงผนัง พื้น ฝ้าเพดาน ประตู-หน้าต่าง และงานตกแต่ง 4) งานระบบสุขาภิบาล 5) งานระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบสื่อสาร และระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย 6) งานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์และบริเวณโดยรอบ และ 7) งานรื้อถอนอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้างบางส่วน
ผลงานสำคัญที่ต้องจัดส่ง (Deliverables) ได้แก่ อาคารสำนักงานที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่พร้อมระบบสาธารณูปโภคที่ครบถ้วน ระบบปรับอากาศรวมส่วนกลางแบบใหม่ (Chiller System) พร้อมระบบควบคุมอาคารอัตโนมัติ (BAS) สภาพแวดล้อมและภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบที่ได้รับการจัดระเบียบ และเอกสารโครงการต่างๆ ตามที่กำหนด โครงการนี้จึงไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการบูรณะอาคาร แต่เป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานและประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงานของหน่วยงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
This project aims to renovate the Office Building of the Director-General and District Director, along with the District 6 Operations Building (Sala Ya), to create a modern, efficient, and orderly working environment. The scope of work is comprehensive, including: 1) Surveying and preparation of an engineering master plan, 2) Repairing damaged building structures, 3) Architectural work for both interiors and exteriors, such as improving walls, floors, ceilings, doors-windows, and finishes, 4) Sanitary systems, 5) Electrical, communication, and fire protection systems, 6) Landscape and surrounding area improvements, and 7) Demolition of some buildings and structures.
Key deliverables include the newly renovated office building with complete utilities, a new centralized air conditioning system (Chiller System) with a Building Automation System (BAS), organized surroundings and landscape, and various project documents as specified. Therefore, this project is not just a building restoration, but a significant upgrade to the working environment and energy efficiency of the agency.
