โครงการพัฒนาระบบคลาวด์ภาครัฐเพื่อการบริหารจัดการและให้บริการข้อมูลของวิทยาลัยชุมชน จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อสนับสนุนนโยบาย Digital Community Colleges และเป้าหมายการพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันวิทยาลัยชุมชน วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการจัดหาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานคลาวด์ภาครัฐแบบรวมศูนย์ให้สำนักงานสถาบันวิทยาลัยชุมชนและวิทยาลัยชุมชนในสังกัด 21 แห่งสามารถใช้งานร่วมกันผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต
ระบบนี้จะทำหน้าที่เป็นฐานการจัดเก็บข้อมูลสารสนเทศหลักของสถาบัน เช่น ข้อมูลนักศึกษาและผลการเรียน โดยออกแบบมาเพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของข้อมูลจากขนาดเริ่มต้น 20TB ไปจนถึงปริมาณที่มากขึ้นในอนาคตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และยืดหยุ่น นอกจากนี้ ระบบยังถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อรองรับการทำงานของระบบสารสนเทศต่างๆ ทั้งระบบเดิมที่ใช้งานอยู่และระบบใหม่ที่กำลังจะได้รับการพัฒนา เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเชื่อมโยงกันอย่างราบรื่น
ประเด็นสำคัญของโครงการคือการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูลให้ได้มาตรฐาน โดยระบบจะต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักการด้าน Cybersecurity และกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้ข้อมูลของสถาบันมีความปลอดภัยและพร้อมให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลภาครัฐ เพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มความปลอดภัย และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาไปสู่วิทยาลัยชุมชนดิจิทัลที่ทันสมัยและยั่งยืน
This project aims to procure a centralized Government Cloud System for the Office of the Community College Institute and its 21 affiliated community colleges. The core objective is to establish a cloud infrastructure for centralized data storage and management of information such as student data and academic records, starting from an initial capacity of 20TB with scalable architecture for future growth. The system is designed to efficiently support both existing and future information systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
A key focus of the project is enhancing data security and compliance. The cloud system must adhere to cybersecurity standards and comply with personal data protection laws (PDPA) to ensure the institute’s data remains secure and continuously available. This initiative aligns with the government’s policy to promote digital technology in the public sector, aiming to reduce management costs, increase data security, and support the long-term development of a modern and sustainable “Digital Community College” ecosystem.
