รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาและต่ออายุการรับประกันอุปกรณ์ DNS DHCP (Infoblox รุ่น Trinzic 1415) จำนวน 1 ระบบ ของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเทพสตรี โดยมุ่งเน้นการรักษาความต่อเนื่องและเสถียรภาพของการแจกจ่าย IP Address และการแปลงชื่อโดเมน ป้องกันการหยุดชะงักของบริการเครือข่าย เสริมสร้างความปลอดภัย ลดความเสี่ยงจากการโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ และยืดอายุการใช้งานของอุปกรณ์เพื่อประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการลงทุนระบบใหม่
ขอบเขตงานที่ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการ ได้แก่ การจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติงาน การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เช่น การทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพ และสำรองค่าคอนฟิกูเรชัน การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่ออุปกรณ์ชำรุดภายในกำหนดเวลา 48 ชั่วโมง พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและแนวทางป้องกันปัญหา ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดหาอะไหล่และส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาดำเนินการ รวมทั้งต้องจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานทุกงวดงาน
โครงการมีงบประมาณ 642,300 บาท (ราคากลางเท่ากัน) การชำระเงินเป็นแบบงวดเดียวหลังส่งมอบงานครบถ้วน และกำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดไม่เกิน 60 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมกำหนดอัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าหรือระบบขัดข้องเกินเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
This project aims to maintain and renew the warranty of 1 DNS DHCP appliance (Infoblox Trinzic 1415 model) for the Information Service and Information Technology Office of Thepsatri Rajabhat University. The primary objectives are to ensure the smooth and efficient distribution of IP addresses and domain name resolution, prevent network service disruptions, enhance security against cyber threats, and extend the equipment’s lifespan to optimize investment.
The contractor’s scope of work includes creating an implementation plan, performing preventive maintenance (cleaning, performance analysis, configuration backup), conducting repairs within 48 hours of notification, providing consultation and troubleshooting support, and submitting periodic reports. The contractor must supply necessary parts and expert personnel.
The project has a budget of 642,300 THB (which is also the reference price). Payment is made in a single installment upon complete delivery of all contract deliverables. The total project duration for delivery is within 60 days from the contract signing date, with penalty clauses for delays or excessive system downtime.
