ประกวดราคาจ้างพัฒนาระบบการตรวจวัด ติดตาม จัดเก็บข้อมูลการปล่อยและการดูดซับก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ภาคป่าไม้ เพื่อเชื่อมโยงกับระบบสารสนเทศการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกของประเทศไทย และครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์

The Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP), as the national focal point for REDD+ and the forest sector greenhouse gas inventory of Thailand, is procuring the development of an information system to support the Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) process of carbon dioxide emissions and removals in conservation forest areas.

The main scope of work consists of two key parts: 1) The development of a Web Application and Mobile Application system for monitoring, tracking, storing, analyzing, and reporting forest carbon emissions and removals data. The system must support work with geospatial (GIS) data, field survey data, carbon stock calculations from various pools, and integration with the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventory System (TGEIS). 2) The procurement of hardware to support the system operation, including servers (Web Server, Database Server, GIS Server), high-performance computers for digital map production, an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), printers, and a plotter.

The contractor is responsible for system analysis and design, producing software engineering documentation, system development, hardware/software procurement and installation, system delivery including user manuals and source code, and conducting training for end-users and system administrators. The total project duration is 240 days from the contract signing date.
