สำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สทอภ. (GISTDA) เปิดโครงการจ้างเหมาพัฒนาออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบเว็บไซต์หลักขององค์กร (www.gistda.or.th) ขึ้นใหม่ทั้งหมด วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ให้มีความสวยงาม ทันสมัย ใช้งานง่าย และมีเนื้อหาที่ชัดเจน รองรับการใช้งานสองภาษา (ไทยและอังกฤษ) อีกทั้งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการเนื้อหาให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลผ่านระบบ CMS ที่ใช้งานง่าย และทำให้เว็บไซต์เป็นช่องทางหลักในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารและบริการของหน่วยงานไปยังกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่หลากหลาย ซึ่งรวมถึงประชาชนทั่วไป ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษา
โครงการนี้กำหนดให้พัฒนาตามมาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ภาครัฐล่าสุด และต้องคำนึงถึงข้อกำหนดด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์เป็นสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องออกแบบให้มีคุณสมบัติรองรับการเข้าถึงสำหรับผู้พิการและผู้บกพร่องทางร่างกาย (Accessibility) ตามมาตรฐานสากลและมาตรฐานภาครัฐ เพื่อให้ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างเท่าเทียม งานพัฒนาจะครอบคลุมการออกแบบที่ตอบสนองต่ออุปกรณ์ทุกขนาด (Responsive Design) การออกแบบโครงสร้างข้อมูลและระบบนำทางที่ชัดเจน รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการโต้ตอบกับผู้ใช้
The Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA), a public organization, is inviting bids for the complete redesign and development of its main corporate website (www.gistda.or.th). The primary objectives are to modernize the website, making it aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and with clear content in two languages (Thai and English). The project aims to enhance content management efficiency for administrators through an easy-to-use CMS and establish the site as the main channel for disseminating the agency’s information and services to a wide target audience, including the general public, government, private sector, and educational institutions.
The development must adhere to the latest government website standards and prioritize cybersecurity requirements. Crucially, the website must be designed with Accessibility features for people with disabilities, following international and government standards to ensure equal access to information for all citizens. The scope includes responsive design for all devices, clear information architecture and navigation, and systems to facilitate user interaction.
