สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน (สช.) เปิดโครงการปรับปรุงระบบอบรมรูปแบบออนไลน์ (E-Learning) เพื่อขยายกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ใช้งานจากผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเดิม ไปยังนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน เนื่องจากเล็งเห็นแนวโน้มการเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลของนักเรียนที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบ E-Learning เดิมของ สช. ให้สามารถให้บริการนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่จะต้องเป็น Web Application แบบออนไลน์ที่รองรับการใช้งานผ่านเว็บเบราว์เซอร์มาตรฐาน (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) และต้องแสดงผลได้บนอุปกรณ์โทรศัพท์มือถือทั้งระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS และ Android ระบบจะต้องใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมและพัฒนาตามขั้นตอน System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบใหม่ทั้งหมด โดยเน้นการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบทะเบียนโรงเรียนเอกชน (Regis) และระบบสารสนเทศสอนศาสนาอิสลามเอกชน (PEIS) ของ สช. รวมถึงการปรับปรุงฟังก์ชันการทำงานเดิมสำหรับผู้ใช้กลุ่มครูและบุคลากร ระบบจะต้องมีฟังก์ชันหลักสำหรับนักเรียน เช่น ระบบลงทะเบียนและจัดการผู้ใช้งาน ระบบลงทะเบียนเรียนและติดตามความคืบหน้า ระบบการฝึกอบรมด้วยคลิปวิดีโอ ระบบทดสอบออนไลน์ที่สามารถกำหนดเวลาและคำนวณคะแนนอัตโนมัติ ระบบออกหนังสือรับรองการผ่านการอบรมในรูปแบบไฟล์ PDF พร้อม QR-Code สำหรับตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และระบบรายงานผลสถิติในรูปแบบ Dashboard และไฟล์ Excel
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่และจัดทำคู่มือปฏิบัติงานที่ครบถ้วน
The Office of the Private Education Commission (OPEC) is launching a project to upgrade its existing E-Learning system to specifically cater to students in private schools. This project aims to expand the user base from the original groups of school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel to include private school students, aligning with the increasing trend of digital learning among students.
The primary objective is to enhance OPEC’s current E-Learning platform to efficiently serve private school students. The newly developed system must be an online Web Application compatible with standard web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and must be responsive on mobile devices (iOS and Android). Development must follow the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
The scope of work encompasses the complete design and development of the new system. Key requirements include integrating with OPEC’s existing private school registration system (Regis) and the Private Islamic Education Information System (PEIS), as well as upgrading existing functions for teacher and staff users. Core functionalities for students must include: user registration and management, course enrollment and progress tracking, training via video clips, an online testing system with time limits and automatic scoring, a system for issuing PDF training completion certificates with QR codes for verification, and comprehensive statistical reporting via Dashboard and Excel exports.
The contractor is also responsible for conducting user training sessions and preparing complete operation manuals.
