กรมการท่องเที่ยวมีโครงการจัดจ้างพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลเพื่อรองรับการท่องเที่ยวที่เป็นมิตรกับมุสลิม (Muslim Friendly Tourism Tech) ตามยุทธศาสตร์การส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวมุสลิม โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศที่มีประสิทธิภาพรองรับความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวมุสลิม สนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบูรณาการฐานข้อมูล และส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีในกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการประชุมหารือเพื่อกำหนดแผนดำเนินงาน การสำรวจและรวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติในพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 จังหวัด การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลจากแหล่งข้อมูลภายนอกอย่างน้อย 3 แหล่ง รวมถึงการสำรวจความต้องการจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 400 ชุด ภารกิจหลักคือการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก คือ (1) เว็บไซต์สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว (2) เว็บไซต์ระบบบริหารจัดการสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ และ (3) เว็บไซต์ระบบลงทะเบียนสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลรองรับข้อมูลสำคัญ 5 ประเภท เช่น ที่พัก มัสยิด ร้านอาหารฮาลาล แหล่งท่องเที่ยว และบทความรีวิว
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนงานและส่งมอบเอกสาร รายงาน ผลการวิเคราะห์ ต้นแบบระบบ โปรแกรมระบบงานจริง พร้อมติดตั้งระบบ คู่มือใช้งาน และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมดไม่เกิน 210 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
The Department of Tourism is seeking a contractor to develop a digital platform to support Muslim-Friendly Tourism (Muslim Friendly Tourism Tech), in line with its strategy to promote tourism for Muslim travelers. The project aims to develop an efficient information system to cater to the needs of Muslim tourists, support the use of digital technology for data integration, and promote technology accessibility for the target group.
The scope of work includes holding consultation meetings to formulate an action plan, surveying and collecting statistical data from at least 10 provinces, investigating and analyzing the feasibility of data integration from at least 3 external data sources, and surveying the needs of stakeholders with at least 400 survey sets. The core task is to develop a digital platform consisting of three main components: (1) a website for tourists, (2) a management system website for officers, and (3) a registration system website for tourism operators. This includes developing a database system to support five key data types such as Muslim-friendly accommodations, mosques/prayer spaces, halal restaurants, Muslim-friendly tourist attractions, and review articles.
The contractor is required to submit plans, reports, analysis results, a system prototype, the full operational system (including installation), user manuals, and promotional materials. The total project duration must not exceed 210 days from the contract signing date.
