สถาบันวิทยาลัยชุมชนมีภารกิจในการว่าจ้างบริการบํารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์และระบบเครือข่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่มีอยู่แล้วให้สามารถทํางานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดตลอดปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569
โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการให้บริการบํารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด ณ สํานักงานสถาบันวิทยาลัยชุมชน (ส่วนกลาง) วิทยาลัยชุมชน 20 แห่ง และหน่วยจัดการศึกษาอีก 2 จุด (โพทะเล และแม่สอด) รวมทั้งสิ้น 23 จุดทั่วประเทศ ระบบที่ต้องดูแลประกอบด้วย 6 ระบบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ระบบอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย 2) ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย 3) ระบบ Internet Server และห้อง Server 4) ระบบการเรียนการสอนทางไกล 5) ระบบโทรศัพท์ผ่านเครือข่าย (Voice Over IP) และ 6) ระบบยืนยันสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้และจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรคอมพิวเตอร์
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดําเนินการทั้งการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เพื่อลดการขัดข้อง และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) เมื่อเกิดปัญหา ซึ่งรวมถึงการจัดหาอะไหล่สํารองทดแทนของใหม่หากอุปกรณ์เดิมไม่อาจซ่อมแซมได้ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องดําเนินงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การปรับปรุงซอฟต์แวร์และลิขสิทธิ์ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด การต่ออายุ Domain name และ SSL การจัดระเบียบสายไฟในห้อง Server การสํารองและกู้คืนข้อมูล การทบทวนนโยบายไฟร์วอลล์ และการจัดทําระบบ Network Monitoring โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างปกติตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
The Institute of Community College is procuring maintenance services for its existing information technology network equipment and systems for the fiscal year 2029.
This project covers maintenance services for equipment located at the Institute of Community College headquarters, 20 community colleges, and 2 additional educational units (Pho Thale and Mae Sot), totaling 23 locations nationwide. The systems to be maintained comprise 6 key systems: 1) Network Equipment System, 2) Network Security System, 3) Internet Server and Server Room System, 4) Distance Learning System, 5) Voice Over IP System, and 6) Internet User Authentication and Computer Traffic Data Logging System.
The contractor is responsible for both Preventive Maintenance to reduce failures and Corrective Maintenance to resolve issues, including providing new replacement parts if the original equipment cannot be repaired. Additionally, the contractor must perform related tasks such as updating software and licenses to the latest versions, renewing Domain names and SSL certificates, organizing cabling in server rooms, performing data backup and recovery, reviewing firewall policies, and implementing a Network Monitoring system. The primary objective is to ensure the systems are operational 24/7 throughout the contract period.
