รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยศูนย์ข้อมูลกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความประสงค์จ้างใช้บริการงานบริการระบบบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูล (Database Management System Service) เป็นระยะเวลา 24 เดือน เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูล Oracle Database Exadata Cloud Machine ที่ออกแบบมาสำหรับฐานข้อมูล Oracle โดยเฉพาะได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง งานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรองรับการดำเนินงานของระบบสารสนเทศหลักของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้มีสมรรถนะสูง ประสิทธิภาพ และเสถียรภาพ ในการปฏิบัติงานและการให้บริการประชาชน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มฐานข้อมูลแบบครบวงจร (Platform as a Service) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยบริการอุปกรณ์ Control Plane, บริการ Oracle Exadata Cloud Service (Database Server), บริการซอฟต์แวร์ลิขสิทธิ์ Oracle จำนวน 32 สิทธิ พร้อมฟีเจอร์ครบถ้วน, บริการ Infrastructure as a Service, บริการแพลตฟอร์มเชื่อมโยงและบูรณาการข้อมูล (Oracle Integration Software) และบริการระบบบริหารจัดการกระบวนการทำงานทางธุรกิจและการจัดเก็บเอกสาร (Oracle Workflow & Document Management Software)
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า ให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคตลอด 24x7 รายงานผลการใช้งาน จัดทำแผนส่งมอบข้อมูลเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา และมีสถานะเป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Processor) ตาม PDPA
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) intends to procure a 24-month Database Management System Service contract. The objective is to ensure continuous access to a high-performance Oracle Database Exadata Cloud Machine platform, specifically designed for Oracle databases, to support the core information systems of BMA’s subordinate agencies. This service aims to deliver high processing capability, efficiency, and stability for daily operations and public services.
The scope of work encompasses a comprehensive Database Platform as a Service (PaaS). This includes providing Control Plane equipment, Oracle Exadata Cloud Service (Database Servers), Oracle software licenses (32 entitlements) with full features, Infrastructure as a Service, Oracle Integration Software, and Oracle Workflow & Document Management Software.
The contractor is responsible for installation, configuration, 24x7 technical support, usage reporting, preparing a data handover plan at contract end, and acts as a Data Processor under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
