องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสระบุรี โดยกองการศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม มีแผนจะจัดงาน “ประเพณีแก่งคอยย้อนรอยสงครามโลกจังหวัดสระบุรี” ประจำปี 2569 โดยใช้วิธีการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจ้างบริษัทเอกชนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการจัดงานทั้งหมด งบประมาณโครงการ 4,000,000 บาท โดยมีราคากลางจากการสอบราคา 3,939,400 บาท
วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่น สงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 และพระราชกรณียกิจของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง รวมถึงส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจชุมชน กำหนดจัดงาน 4 วัน ระหว่างวันที่ 2-5 เมษายน 2569 ณ วัดแก่งคอย และบริเวณริมแม่น้ำป่าสักหลังวัดแก่งคอย อ.แก่งคอย จ.สระบุรี
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมทุกด้านของการจัดอีเวนต์ใหญ่ เริ่มตั้งแต่การออกแบบแนวคิดและผังงาน การผลิตละครแสดงแสง สี เสียงและสื่อผสม ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 50 นาที ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์อำเภอแก่งคอยและเหตุการณ์ทิ้งระเบิดในสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ต้องใช้นักแสดงไม่น้อยกว่า 120 คน โดยมีนักแสดงหลักที่มีชื่อเสียงอย่างน้อย 2 คน รวมถึงการจัดการแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมและมหรสพบนเวทีหลัก การจัดพิธีเปิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ การจัดตลาดวัฒนธรรมและสาธิตภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ตลอดจนการจัดหาเครื่องเสียง ไฟประดับ และดูแลความปลอดภัยตลอดงาน
The Saraburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), through its Education, Religion and Culture Division, plans to organize the “Kaeng Khoi Tradition: Revisiting the World War in Saraburi Province” event for the year 2026. The project will be outsourced to a private company via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The project budget is 4,000,000 THB, with an estimated reference price of 3,939,400 THB.
The main objectives are to promote learning about local history related to World War II and the royal duties of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, as well as to promote cultural tourism and stimulate the local economy. The event will be held for 4 days from April 2 to 5, 2026, at Wat Kaeng Khoi and the area along the Pa Sak River behind the temple in Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province.
The scope of work covers all aspects of organizing a major event. This includes conceptual and layout design, production of a light, sound, and multimedia show lasting at least 50 minutes with content about the history of Kaeng Khoi District and the World War II bombing incident. The show requires at least 120 performers, including at least 2 well-known lead actors. Other responsibilities include managing cultural performances and entertainment on the main stage, organizing a creative opening ceremony, setting up cultural markets and local wisdom demonstrations, as well as providing sound systems, decorative lighting, and security throughout the event.
