รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สํานักงานเลขาธิการคุรุสภาต้องการจ้างบริษัทเพื่อดําเนินการดูแลบํารุงรักษาระบบห้องศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (Data Center) อย่างรอบด้านและต่อเนื่องเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี (12 งวดงาน) ภายใต้งบประมาณ 4,960,000 บาท งานหลักครอบคลุมการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดภายใน Data Center ตามรายการในภาคผนวก ก. และ ข. ซึ่งรวมถึงคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย (Server) อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล (Storage) อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและความปลอดภัย (Firewall, IPS, Load Balancer) ตลอดจนระบบสนับสนุนสําคัญ เช่น ระบบปรับอากาศ Precision Air, เครื่องสํารองไฟ UPS, ระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออก และระบบดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ
นอกจากงานบํารุงรักษาตามตารางแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างยังมีขอบเขตงานที่ซับซ้อนและครอบคลุม ได้แก่ การจัดให้มีการเฝ้าระวังระบบเครือข่ายและความปลอดภัยตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง การจัดเตรียมศูนย์สํารองข้อมูล (DR Site) พร้อมพื้นที่ Co-Location ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 20U และวงจรอินเทอร์เน็ต ความเร็วไม่น้อยกว่า 500 Mbps สําหรับการสํารองข้อมูลและรองรับการทํางานในกรณีฉุกเฉิน การจัดหาอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บ Log ตาม พ.ร.บ. คอมพิวเตอร์ การติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดจํานวน 9 ตัว และการย้ายข้อมูลระบบงานสําคัญ 7 ระบบไปยัง Linux Ubuntu พร้อมทดสอบการใช้งาน
วัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษามาตรฐาน ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และประสิทธิภาพของระบบ ป้องกันการหยุดชะงักของการให้บริการ พร้อมรับประกันความต่อเนื่องของระบบสารสนเทศสําคัญของสํานักงานฯ
The Office of the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha) is seeking a contractor for comprehensive maintenance and support services for its Data Center system for the fiscal year 2026, with a budget of 4,960,000 THB. The one-year contract (12 periods) covers preventive maintenance for all Data Center equipment as per appendices, including servers, storage, network and security devices (firewalls, IPS, load balancers), and critical support systems like precision air conditioning, UPS, access control, and automatic fire suppression.
Beyond scheduled maintenance, the scope of work includes complex and extensive responsibilities: 24/7 network and security monitoring, provisioning of a Disaster Recovery (DR) Site with at least 20U of co-location space and a dedicated 500 Mbps internet leased line for data backup and emergency operations, procurement of log collection equipment compliant with the Computer Crime Act, installation of 9 CCTV cameras, and migration of 7 critical application systems to Linux Ubuntu with full testing.
The primary objectives are to maintain high standards, cybersecurity, and system efficiency, prevent service disruption (Down Time), and ensure the continuity of the office’s vital information systems.
