สํานักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) มีความจําเป็นต้องดําเนินโครงการต่ออายุสิทธิการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ที่สําคัญต่อการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้ระบบสารสนเทศและระบบโทรศัพท์ดิจิทัล (IP Phone) สามารถดําเนินการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และมีมาตรการด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ที่ทันสมัย สามารถรองรับภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่ได้
ขอบเขตของโครงการครอบคลุมการต่ออายุสิทธิการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์หลัก 8 รายการ เป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ได้แก่ 1) ระบบจัดเก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความปลอดภัย (SIEM) จาก Splunk 2) ซอฟต์แวร์ป้องกันการบุกรุกเว็บไซต์ (WAF) จาก Imperva สําหรับทั้งศูนย์ข้อมูลหลัก (DC) และศูนย์สํารอง (DR) 3) ซอฟต์แวร์ไฟร์วอลล์รุ่นใหม่ (NGFW) จาก Palo Alto สําหรับทั้ง DC และ DR 4) ซอฟต์แวร์สํารองข้อมูลจาก Veritas 5) ชุดโปรแกรมตรวจประเมินช่องโหว่บน Active Directory จาก Sentinel One และ 6) สิทธิการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์สําหรับ IP Phone จํานวน 730 ชุด
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทําแผนดําเนินโครงการ ส่งมอบสิทธิการใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ทั้งหมด พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งและจัดทําบัญชีซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงรายงานสรุปผลการติดตั้ง งานทั้งหมดต้องแล้วเสร็จภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีระยะเวลารับประกันบํารุงรักษา 1 ปี หลังการตรวจรับ
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of Thailand requires a project to renew software licenses essential for its operations, ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and cybersecurity of its information systems and digital telephony (IP Phone).
The project scope involves renewing licenses for a period of at least 1 year for eight key software suites: 1) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software from Splunk, 2) Web Application Firewall (WAF) software from Imperva for both the primary Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) site, 3) Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) software from Palo Alto for both DC and DR, 4) Data backup software from Veritas, 5) An Active Directory vulnerability assessment and detection program from Sentinel One, and 6) Software licenses for 730 IP Phone units.
The contractor is responsible for creating a project plan, delivering all software licenses, performing installation, compiling a software inventory, and providing an installation summary report. All work must be completed within 90 days from the contract signing date, followed by a 1-year warranty and maintenance period after final acceptance.
