สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดนนทบุรี จัดจ้างผู้รับเหมาดำเนินการจัดงาน “วัฒนธรรมสองฝั่งเจ้าพระยา มหาเจษฎาบดินทร์” ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569 อย่างครบวงจร งานนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ส่งเสริมและอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมประเพณีอันดีงามของท้องถิ่นจังหวัดนนทบุรี รวมถึงเป็นช่องทางในการประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางวัฒนธรรมและสร้างรายได้ให้กับชุมชนผ่านการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการเป็นผู้จัดงานมืออาชีพ (Event Organizer) โดยรับผิดชอบทุกกระบวนการ เริ่มตั้งแต่การจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน (Action Plan) และรูปแบบการจัดงานที่ต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากผู้ว่าจ้าง การก่อสร้างและตกแต่งสถานที่ให้เสร็จก่อนเริ่มงาน การดำเนินกิจกรรมตลอดระยะเวลา 7 วัน 7 คืน และการรื้อถอนพื้นที่ทั้งหมดให้เรียบร้อยภายใน 5 วันหลังจากงานสิ้นสุด
งานจะจัดขึ้นเป็นเวลา 7 วัน ระหว่างวันที่ 27 มีนาคม - 2 เมษายน 2569 ณ สองสถานที่หลัก ได้แก่ อุทยานเฉลิมกาญจนาภิเษก และบริเวณลานพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์ รัชกาลที่ 3 วัดเฉลิมพระเกียรติวรวิหาร ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางศรีเมือง อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีประสบการณ์และผลงานในการจัดงานหรือบริการที่คล้ายคลึงกันมูลค่าไม่ต่ำกว่า 5,000,000 บาท และต้องจัดหาพัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในสัญญา
The Office of Cultural Affairs of Nonthaburi Province is hiring a contractor to fully organize the “Culture on Both Sides of the Chao Phraya River, Maha Chesadabodin” event for the year 2023. This event is held to honor the royal grace of King Nangklao (Rama III), promote and preserve the local cultural traditions of Nonthaburi Province, and serve as a channel to publicize cultural tourist attractions and generate income for the community through the sale of local products.
The main scope of work is to act as a professional Event Organizer, responsible for the entire process. This includes creating an operational plan (Action Plan) and event format that must be approved by the employer, constructing and decorating the venues before the event starts, managing activities throughout the 7-day and 7-night period, and completely clearing the sites within 5 days after the event ends.
The event will be held for 7 days from March 27 to April 2, 2023, at two main venues: Chan Kansan Park and the area around the King Rama III Monument at Wat Chalermprakiat Worawihan, in Bang Si Mueang sub-district, Mueang Nonthaburi district.
Bidders must have experience and a completed project of a similar nature with a value of at least 5,000,000 THB and must procure domestically produced goods amounting to no less than 50% of the total value of goods used in the contract.
