รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญามอบหมายงานให้ผู้รับจ้างบริหารจัดการโครงการจัดงาน “IP x Venture Rise Thailand” ซึ่งเป็นงานมหกรรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาประจำปี 2569 โดยมีเป้าหมายเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ในการเปลี่ยนผ่านระบบทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาจากการคุ้มครองสู่การลงทุนและการเติบโตทางธุรกิจอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
งานนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานพันธมิตรเพื่อสร้างพื้นที่กลางระดับประเทศสำหรับการนำเสนอผลงานวิจัย นวัตกรรม และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่มีศักยภาพสูง ตลอดจนการเชื่อมโยงนักลงทุน ผู้ประกอบการ และเครือข่ายธุรกิจทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการวางแผน จนถึงการดำเนินงานจริงและสรุปผลหลังงาน โดยต้องจัดทำแผนดำเนินงาน (Action Plan) และแผนบริหารโครงการอย่างละเอียด รวมถึงต้องจัดงานให้มีระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 3 วัน ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุมอิมแพค เมืองทองธานี หรือสถานที่มาตรฐานเทียบเท่า โดยต้องจัดสรรพื้นที่จัดงานไม่น้อยกว่า 4,500 ตารางเมตร
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบภาพลักษณ์งาน (Concept, Theme, Key Visual, Logo) การบริหารจัดการสถานที่ การติดตั้งและรื้อถอนโครงสร้างบูธ เวที ระบบไฟฟ้า แสง สี เสียง การตกแต่งสถานที่ให้สวยงามและโดดเด่น การจัดทำเว็บไซต์เฉพาะกิจสำหรับเผยแพร่ข้อมูลและกิจกรรมของงาน รวมถึงการประสานงานและดำเนินกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในงานให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่กรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญากำหนด
The Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) is hiring a contractor to manage and execute the “IP x Venture Rise Thailand” fair, the annual Intellectual Property (IP) Fair for the year 2026. The project aims to strategically shift the IP ecosystem from protection to investment and business growth.
This collaborative event serves as a national platform to showcase high-potential research, innovations, and intellectual property, while connecting investors, entrepreneurs, and business networks both domestically and internationally.
The contractor is responsible for the end-to-end management of the project, from planning to execution and post-event reporting. Key deliverables include creating a detailed Action Plan and project management plan. The event itself must be held for a minimum of 3 days in August 2026 at Impact, Muang Thong Thani exhibition center or an equivalent venue, with a minimum allocated space of 4,500 square meters.
The scope of work encompasses designing the event’s identity (concept, theme, key visual, logo), full venue management, installation and dismantling of booth structures, stages, and AV systems (electrical, lighting, sound), decorative elements to enhance the venue’s appeal, and the development of a dedicated event website for information dissemination and activity promotion. The contractor must coordinate and execute all event activities to achieve the DIP’s stated objectives.
