โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานีมีแผนจ้างเหมาบริการจัดการระบบโลจิสติกส์ภายในโรงพยาบาลทั้งหมดเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ความรวดเร็ว และความถูกต้องในการขนส่งสินค้าทางการแพทย์ที่หลากหลายระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาล งานนี้ครอบคลุมการขนส่ง 13 ประเภทหลัก ได้แก่ ยา New Order, ยา Order for Continue, ยาคืน, ยาเคมีบำบัด, ยาเตรียมพิเศษเฉพาะราย, สารอาหารทางหลอดเลือดดำ (TPN), ยาสำรองสูตรตำรับ, ยาคลังยา, น้ำเกลือ, เวชภัณฑ์ที่มิใช่ยา, วัสดุทั่วไป, เครื่องมือแพทย์ปราศจากเชื้อ และเครื่องมือแพทย์ปนเปื้อน
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดหาบุคลากรและระบบเพื่อดำเนินการขนส่งตามรอบเวลาที่กำหนดอย่างละเอียดและเคร่งครัดสำหรับแต่ละประเภทสินค้า บางบริการต้องดำเนินการทุกวันไม่เว้นวันหยุด เช่น การส่งยาเคมีบำบัดมากถึง 5 ครั้งต่อวัน หรือการส่งเครื่องมือแพทย์ปราศจากเชื้อไปยังห้องผ่าตัดทุก 1 ชั่วโมง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีระบบซอฟต์แวร์หรือ Mobile Application สำหรับติดตามสถานะการขนส่ง บันทึกเวลารับส่ง และลงลายมือชื่อรับงาน อีกทั้งต้องจัดทำแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ 2 ครั้งในช่วงระยะเวลาสัญญา
โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณ 9,528,000 บาท ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 365 วัน (1 ปี) โดยมีการชำระเงินเป็นรายเดือน 12 งวด และมีระยะเวลารับประกันงาน 120 วัน
Surat Thani Hospital plans to hire a contractor for a comprehensive in-hospital logistics management service. The project aims to enhance the efficiency, speed, and accuracy of transporting various medical supplies between different departments within the hospital. The scope covers 13 main categories of items, including all types of medication (new orders, continuous orders, returns, chemotherapy, special preparations, reserved formulas, pharmacy stock), intravenous fluids, non-drug medical supplies, general materials, sterile medical instruments, and contaminated medical instruments.
The contractor is responsible for providing personnel and systems to execute the transportation according to strict, detailed schedules specified for each item category. Some services require daily operation, including holidays, such as delivering chemotherapy drugs up to 5 times a day or delivering sterile instruments to operating rooms every hour. Furthermore, the contractor must have a software system or Mobile Application for tracking shipment status, recording pickup/delivery times, and obtaining digital signatures. The contractor is also required to conduct user satisfaction surveys twice during the contract period.
The project has a budget of 9,528,000 THB, a performance period of 365 days (1 year), with payments scheduled across 12 monthly installments and a 120-day warranty period.
