รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบประชุมทางไกลผ่านวิดีโอ (Video Conference) และระบบเว็บไซต์ของกรมการขนส่งทางบก พร้อมด้วยอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยจ้างเหมาบริการบำรุงรักษาแบบ Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Corrective Maintenance (CM) ตลอดอายุสัญญา
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุมการตรวจสอบ บำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซมแก้ไข และเปลี่ยนทดแทนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดให้สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ สำหรับอุปกรณ์หลักสองส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ระบบประชุมทางไกลผ่านวิดีโอ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอุปกรณ์ Polycom รุ่นต่าง ๆ เช่น RMX4000, RealPresence Resource Manager, Access Director, Media Suite, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ Alcatel-Lucent, และชุดระบบสื่อสารผ่านจอภาพจำนวนมาก และ 2) ระบบเว็บไซต์และอุปกรณ์สนับสนุน ซึ่งรวมถึงเครื่องแม่ข่าย Web Conference (Lenovo SR630), ระบบ Web Conference, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันการบุกรุกเว็บไซต์และเครือข่าย (FotiWeb, FotiGate), อุปกรณ์เก็บข้อมูลเครือข่าย (FotiAnalyzer), และระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลภายนอก (IBM SAN Storage)
ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดให้มีผู้จัดการโครงการ (Project Manager) ทีมงานสนับสนุน แผนดำเนินงาน (Activity Plan) และแผนกู้คืนระบบ (Recovery Plan) พร้อมประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของกรมฯ
The Department of Land Transport (DLT) intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance, repair, and correction of computer systems and video conference communication equipment, as well as the DLT’s main website (www.dlt.go.th). The objective is to ensure these systems, used extensively in both central and regional offices, remain in optimal operational condition, supporting continuous and efficient work processes and service delivery throughout the contract period.
The core scope of work involves preventive and corrective maintenance for two main system groups: 1) The Video Conference system, comprising various Polycom equipment (e.g., RMX4000, Resource Manager, Access Director, Media Suite), Alcatel-Lucent switches, and numerous video endpoint units. 2) The website and supporting infrastructure, including web conference servers (Lenovo SR630), web conference systems, web/network security appliances (FotiWeb, FotiGate), network data analyzers (FotiAnalyzer), and external storage systems (IBM SAN Storage).
The contractor is required to provide a dedicated Project Manager, a support team, detailed activity and system recovery plans, and maintain close coordination with the DLT’s Information Technology Center.
