รายละเอียดการจ้าง
คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีความประสงค์จ้างเหมาบริการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์โครงข่ายทั้งหมดของคณะและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นระยะเวลา 365 วัน นับจากวันลงนามสัญญา โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 4,000,000 บาท ขอบเขตงานหลักมุ่งเน้นการทำให้ระบบเครือข่ายสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา ผ่านการดำเนินงานทั้งเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) จำนวน 4 ครั้งตลอดสัญญา และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า (Corrective Maintenance) แบบ 24x7
งานครอบคลุมการดูแลอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายทุกประเภท เช่น Core Switch, Distribution Switch, Access Switch, Firewall, Wireless Controller และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ ตามภาคผนวก ก รวมถึงการต่ออายุการรับประกัน License สำหรับอุปกรณ์บางรายการ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดให้มีระบบเฝ้าระวังและติดตามสถานะอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (Network Monitoring System) พร้อมส่งมอบสิทธิ์ให้คณะเมื่อสิ้นสุดสัญญา รวมทั้งจัดทำรายงานสรุปประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาระบบเป็นประจำ
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิค สนับสนุนการเชื่อมต่อระบบ ซ่อมแซมสายสัญญาณ และจัดหาพนักงานประจำตามกำหนดเวลาที่เคร่งครัด ทั้งวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิคที่มีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะทาง การส่งมอบงานและชำระเงินแบ่งออกเป็น 4 งวด งวดละ 3 เดือน
Khon Kaen University’s Faculty of Medicine is inviting bids for a one-year (365 days) contract to operate and maintain its network equipment and related systems, with a budget of 4,000,000 THB. The core objective is to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the entire network infrastructure for the Faculty and its affiliated units.
The scope of work encompasses comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) conducted four times during the contract period and 24/7 corrective maintenance (CM) for network failures. The contractor will be responsible for all network devices, including core, distribution, and access switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and other related equipment as listed in the appendix. Key deliverables include extending warranty licenses for specified devices, implementing a Network Monitoring System (with full handover upon contract termination), providing regular performance reports, and offering technical consultation.
The contractor must maintain a dedicated on-site and on-call technical team with specific qualifications and experience with multiple enterprise-grade network brands. The contract involves four delivery and payment milestones, each spanning three months.
