รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการห้องพิจารณาคดีออนไลน์ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) วงเงินงบประมาณกลาง 15,000,000 บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานพิจารณาคดีทางไกลหรือออนไลน์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตของงานหลักคือการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการห้องพิจารณาคดีออนไลน์ทั้งระบบ 1 ชุด โดยรายละเอียดงานจะระบุอยู่ในเอกสารแนบท้าย (Term of Reference: TOR) ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเอกสารประกวดราคา กระบวนการคัดเลือกจะเน้นการพิสูจน์ศักยภาพทางเทคนิค โดยผู้เสนอราคาทุกรายต้องเข้าร่วมการนำเสนอแนวความคิดและทดสอบคุณสมบัติของระบบ (Proof of Concept: POC) ณ สำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม ภายในวันที่ 4 นับถัดจากวันเสนอราคา หากไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน POC จะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณาราคา
ผลงานที่ต้องส่งมอบคือระบบที่พัฒนาสำเร็จครบถ้วนตามข้อกำหนดใน TOR กำหนดเวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 270 วันทำการนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีการจ่ายค่าจ้างแบ่งเป็น 4 งวดตามความก้าวหน้าของงาน
The Office of the Judiciary is inviting bids for the development of an Online Courtroom Management System through electronic bidding (e-bidding). The approved budget is 15,000,000 THB. The project aims to develop a comprehensive information system to support efficient remote or online court proceedings.
The core scope of work is the development of one complete Online Courtroom Management System. Detailed requirements are specified in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The selection process emphasizes technical capability. All bidders must participate in a presentation and testing of the system’s Proof of Concept (POC) at the Office of the Judiciary on the 4th working day after the bid submission date. Bids that fail the POC evaluation will not be considered for price evaluation.
The key deliverable is a fully functional system developed according to the TOR specifications. The project completion timeline must not exceed 270 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be made in 4 installments based on project milestones.
