รายละเอียดการจ้าง
กรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) ดำเนินการปรับปรุงห้องศูนย์บัญชาการยุทธศาสตร์พลังงาน (War Room) เนื่องจากอุปกรณ์ภาพและเสียงเดิมที่ใช้งานมาตั้งแต่ปี 2559 เสื่อมสภาพ ชำรุดเสียหาย และใช้เทคโนโลยีแบบ Analog ที่ล้าสมัย ทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อฟื้นฟูและยกระดับระบบให้ทันสมัยด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานหลักแบ่งเป็นสองส่วนใหญ่ๆ ได้แก่ 1) การปรับเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ควบคุมและนำเสนอภาพเสียทั้งหมด โดยจะศึกษาสำรวจระบบเดิม ออกแบบกระบวนการติดตั้งใหม่ที่ไม่รบกวนการทำงานเดิมมากเกินไป จัดหาอุปกรณ์ควบคุมระบบภาพ/เสียงดิจิทัลใหม่ รวมถึงโปรแกรมบริหารจัดการระบบภาพและการนำเสนอที่ทันสมัยมาใช้งานแทน 2) การพัฒนาระบบการประชุมทางไกล (VDO Conference) จากระบบ Analog เดิมให้มีความสามารถในการเชื่อมต่อแบบดิจิทัลมากขึ้น เพื่อให้สามารถรองรับและเชื่อมต่อกับการประชุมออนไลน์ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ศึกษาสำรวจ จัดทำแผนดำเนินงานและผังติดตั้ง รื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เก่า ติดตั้งและเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ใหม่ทั้งหมด ทดสอบระบบ และให้การฝึกอบรมใช้งานแก่บุคลากรของกรม พร้อมให้บริการหลังการขายและการรับประกันอุปกรณ์ครบ 3 ปี
The Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) is undertaking a project to upgrade the audiovisual system in its Energy Strategy Command Center (War Room). The existing equipment, installed in 2016, has deteriorated, become obsolete, and relies on outdated Analog technology, hindering its full functionality. This project aims to restore and modernize the system with digital technology.
The main scope of work comprises two key parts: 1) The complete replacement of control and presentation equipment. This involves surveying the existing system, designing a new installation process with minimal disruption, and procuring new digital audiovisual control equipment and modern management software. 2) The enhancement of the Video Conference (VDO Conference) system from its legacy Analog setup to a more capable digital connection system. This upgrade will enable efficient connectivity and support for modern online meeting applications.
The contractor is responsible for conducting surveys, creating implementation and installation plans, removing old equipment, installing and connecting all new components, system testing, providing user training to DEDE staff, and offering post-sales service with a full 3-year warranty.
