โครงการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบสารสนเทศกรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพ ระยะที่ ๒ เป็นความต่อเนื่องจากการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศในระยะที่ 1 (ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้เป็นแพลตฟอร์มกลางสำหรับสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจหลักของกรมฯ อาทิ การคุ้มครองสิทธิ การช่วยเหลือเยียวยา และการให้บริการประชาชน งานหลักประกอบด้วยการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบสารสนเทศใหม่จำนวน 4 ระบบให้มีความทันสมัย เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลซึ่งกันและกัน และเชื่อมต่อกับระบบฐานข้อมูลเชิงเดี่ยว (Single Database) ที่กำลังดำเนินการในโครงการบูรณาการบริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูล (Data Migration and Consolidation) ในปี 2567 โครงการนี้จึงเป็นการสร้างระบบนิเวศสารสนเทศที่ครบวงจร เพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประชาชนสามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และครอบคลุมทุกช่องทาง
The second phase of the Information System Development and Improvement Project for the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection aims to continue modernizing the department’s IT infrastructure. The core objective is to develop and enhance four new mission-critical information systems. These systems will be integrated with the department’s upcoming consolidated “Single Database” (resulting from a separate Data Migration and Consolidation project) to create a unified digital platform. This platform will support the department’s various duties, including rights protection, victim assistance, and public service delivery, ultimately ensuring efficient internal operations and providing the public with comprehensive, convenient, and rapid access to services.
