สํานักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร โดยสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์รัฐสภา ดําเนินโครงการ “ละครซิตคอมสร้างสรรค์สังคมส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย” ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์การเป็นสื่อนิติบัญญัติเพื่อเสริมสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อผลิตละครซิตคอม (Situation Comedy) ที่นําเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการเมืองการปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตยและสิทธิหน้าที่ของพลเมืองในรูปแบบที่สนุกสนาน เข้าใจง่าย และเข้าถึงได้ทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยเฉพาะเยาวชน
งานที่มอบหมายแก่ผู้รับจ้างครอบคลุมการสร้างสรรค์และผลิตละครซิตคอมคุณภาพสูงมาตรฐานระดับออกอากาศ (Broadcast Quality) จํานวนทั้งหมด 5 ตอน ความยาวตอนละ 30 นาที รวมถึงการจัดทําบริการเสียงบรรยายภาพ (Audio Description - AD) และคําบรรยายแทนเสียง (Closed Caption - CC) เพื่อให้คนพิการทางการมองเห็นและการได้ยินสามารถเข้าถึงเนื้อหาได้อย่างเท่าเทียม นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการผลิตสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ เช่น Teaser, Trailer และสปอตโปรโมท รวมทั้งการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกกับผู้ชม
ผลงานทั้งหมดจะนําไปออกอากาศทางสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์รัฐสภาช่อง 10 และสื่อออนไลน์ของสถานี ลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานถือเป็นของสํานักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร
The Secretariat of the House of Representatives, through the Parliament Radio and Television Station, is undertaking the project “Socially Creative Sitcom Promoting Democracy” under its vision of being a legislative media to enhance public participation. The main objective of this project is to produce a Situation Comedy (Sitcom) that presents content about democratic political governance and citizens’ rights and duties in an entertaining, easy-to-understand, and accessible format, targeting all audiences, especially youth.
The scope of work for the contractor encompasses the creative development and production of high-quality, broadcast-standard sitcoms, totaling 5 episodes, each 30 minutes long. This includes providing Audio Description (AD) and Closed Caption (CC) services to ensure accessibility for people with visual and hearing impairments. The work also involves producing promotional materials such as teasers, trailers, and promotional spots, as well as organizing audience engagement activities.
All finished works will be broadcast on the Parliament Radio and Television Station Channel 10 and its online media platforms. The copyright of all works belongs to the Secretariat of the House of Representatives.
