โครงการนี้จัดทำโดยสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างสรรค์และผลิตฉากรายการโทรทัศน์ “สายด่วนรัฐสภา” ให้มีความทันสมัย น่าสนใจ และสวยงาม สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบรายการที่ออกอากาศสดเพื่อให้คำปรึกษากับประชาชน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการรื้อถอนฉากเก่า การออกแบบแนวคิดฉากใหม่ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งสองด้านเพื่อรองรับรายการพิเศษ การผลิตและติดตั้งฉาก โต๊ะรายการ ระบบไฟ และการปูพื้นในสตูดิโอ โดยวัสดุที่ใช้ต้องมีคุณภาพแข็งแรงทนทาน การออกแบบต้องผ่านการเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการ และสามารถปรับแก้ได้ 5 ครั้ง ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดำเนินการทุกขั้นตอนจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์พร้อมใช้งาน พร้อมรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายหากต้องแก้ไขงาน การคัดเลือกผู้ชนะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น (Price Performance) โดยให้คะแนนด้านเทคนิคสูงถึง 80% และราคา 20% ผู้เสนอราคาจำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ตรง และต้องนำเสนอแนวคิดการออกแบบต่อหน้าคณะกรรมการ
This project, initiated by the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, aims to design, produce, and install the television set for the “Parliament Hotline” program to make it modern, engaging, and visually appealing, aligning with the live broadcast format that provides public consultations. The scope includes demolishing the old set, designing a new versatile set concept usable from both sides for special programs, manufacturing and installing the set structure, a host desk, lighting systems, and laying protective flooring in the studio. Materials must be of high quality and durability. The design must be approved by a committee and allows for up to 5 revisions. The contractor is responsible for all tasks until completion and ready for use, covering any correction costs. The winner will be selected based on Price Performance criteria, with technical aspects weighted at 80% and price at 20%. Bidders must have direct relevant experience and present their design concept to the evaluation committee.
