โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Mail Server) และระบบตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งาน (Active Directory : AD) ของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยมากขึ้น สอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติการปฏิบัติราชการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ พ.ศ. 2565 และรองรับการพัฒนาสู่การเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัล
ขอบเขตงานหลักครอบคลุมการพัฒนาระบบอีเมลเพื่อให้บริการแก่บุคลากรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พัฒนาระบบ Active Directory ให้มีความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสูงสุด และพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการรายชื่อผู้ใช้ (User Management System) เพื่อรองรับการจัดทำระบบ Single Sign-On ในอนาคต โครงการมุ่งยกระดับการให้บริการแก่ผู้ประกอบการ SMEs วิสาหกิจชุมชน และประชาชนให้มีความสะดวกและรวดเร็ว
งบประมาณราคากลางสำหรับงานจ้างครั้งนี้อยู่ที่ 11,149,000 บาท โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 180 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาผู้ชนะใช้เกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำร่วมกับเกณฑ์ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น โดยให้น้ำหนักด้านเทคนิคสูงถึง 80% และด้านราคา 20% โดยข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคต้องได้คะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำไม่น้อยกว่า 70%
This project aims to upgrade and develop the electronic mail (E-Mail Server) and Active Directory (AD) systems of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Industry. The goal is to enhance efficiency and security, aligning with the Electronic Government Act B.E. 2565 and supporting the transition towards a digital organization.
The core scope of work includes developing the email system for effective staff service, enhancing the Active Directory system for maximum data security standards, and developing a User Management System to support future Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation. The project seeks to elevate service delivery to SMEs, community enterprises, and the public, making it more convenient and faster.
The approved budget for this procurement is 11,149,000 Baht. The project duration must not exceed 180 days from the contract signing date. The winner will be selected using the minimum criteria method combined with price and other criteria, with a heavy 80% weighting on technical proposals and 20% on price. Technical proposals must score at least 70% to pass the minimum threshold.
