รายละเอียดการจ้าง
สถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงและวิทยุโทรทัศน์รัฐสภา โดยกลุ่มงานผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์ มีโครงการจัดจ้างเอกชนผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์สารคดีชื่อ “มุมมหาชน” ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อนำเสนอประเด็นร้อนในสังคม เช่น การเมือง กฎหมาย เศรษฐกิจ สังคม ผ่านมุมมองของประชาชน ส่งเสริมกระบวนการประชาธิปไตยแบบมีส่วนร่วม และปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกความเป็นพลเมืองดี
ขอบเขตงานหลักคือการผลิตรายการสารคดีคุณภาพ Full HD จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 30 ตอน ความยาวตอนละ 30 นาที รายการจะมีการสัมภาษณ์หรือสำรวจความคิดเห็นประชาชนในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายสาธารณะและกระบวนการนิติบัญญัติ โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบงานครบวงจร ตั้งแต่การเขียนบท การถ่ายทำในสถานที่จริง การตัดต่อภาพและเสียงด้วยเทคนิคที่ทันสมัย การออกแบบกราฟิกและอินโฟกราฟิก การจัดหาพิธีกรและแขกรับเชิญ การจัดทำเพลงประกอบที่ได้ลิขสิทธิ์ รวมถึงการผลิตสปอตโปรโมทจำนวน 30 สปอต และสปอตกลาง 2 สปอต ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องจัดทำบริการ Audio Description (AD) และ Closed Caption (CC) เพื่อการเข้าถึงของผู้พิการ และจัดทำรายงานประเมินความพึงพอใจผู้ชม 1 เล่ม
งานทั้งหมดต้องส่งมอบภายใน 320 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งส่งเป็น 5 งวด งวดละ 6 ตอน พร้อมสื่อประกอบครบถ้วน
The Parliament Radio and Television Station (RTV Parliament) is hiring a private company to produce a television documentary series called “Public Corner” (มุมมหาชน) for the fiscal year 2026. The project aims to produce 30 episodes, each 30 minutes long, for broadcast on the Parliament TV channel and online platforms.
The program’s objectives are to present current social issues from the public’s perspective, promote participatory democracy, and instill good citizenship awareness. The contractor is responsible for the full production cycle, including scriptwriting, on-location filming in Full HD, modern video and audio editing, graphic and infographic design, hiring hosts and guests, and producing licensed music. Additionally, the contractor must produce 30 promotional spots and 2 program bumpers, provide Audio Description (AD) and Closed Caption (CC) services for accessibility, and deliver a viewer satisfaction evaluation report.
The entire project must be completed and delivered within 320 days from the contract signing date, divided into 5 milestones, each comprising 6 episodes with all related materials.
