กรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ เปิดประกวดราคาจ้างบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายภายในสำนักงานส่วนกลาง ด้วยวิธี e-bidding เนื่องจากระบบเครือข่ายปัจจุบันที่ติดตั้งมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2549 มีอายุการใช้งานเกินมาตรฐาน ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาหลายประการ ได้แก่ อุปกรณ์หลากหลายยี่ห้อจัดการยาก สายเคเบิลไม่เป็นระเบียบ ระบบระบายอากาศไม่เพียงพอ ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานต่ำ การเชื่อมต่อขาดหาย และขาดระบบสำรอง (Redundancy) และระบบตรวจสอบสถานะเครือข่าย (Network Monitoring) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายทั้งหมดภายในสำนักงานส่วนกลาง กรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งกระจายอยู่หลายพื้นที่ ได้แก่ อาคารวังจันทร์เกษม (ชั้น 2-6), อาคารเสมารักษ์ และลานจอดรถชั้น 3 ตึกราชวัลลภ 2 งานหลักประกอบด้วยการสำรวจสภาพระบบปัจจุบันอย่างละเอียด การออกแบบระบบเครือข่ายใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและเสถียรภาพ การจัดทำแผนบำรุงรักษาทั้งเชิงรุกและเชิงรับ การยกระดับความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย (Network Security) การซ่อมแซมหรือปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา และการจัดทำแผนตอบสนองและแก้ไขปัญหา (SLA) โดยต้องมีเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานประจำ 1 ตำแหน่ง ณ กลุ่มเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและสารสนเทศ กรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ราคากลางของโครงการอยู่ที่ 4,924,655.40 บาท
The Department of Lifelong Learning (DLL) is inviting bids for the maintenance and repair of computer network systems and network equipment within its central office via e-bidding. This is necessitated by the current network system, which was last upgraded in 2006 (B.E. 2549) and has exceeded its standard operational lifespan. The system faces multiple issues including diverse, outdated equipment brands and models; disorganized cable management; insufficient ventilation in server/network rooms; reduced performance and stability with slow connections and intermittent dropouts; and a lack of proper redundancy and network monitoring systems.
The scope of work covers comprehensive network maintenance services for the entire central office of the DLL, located across multiple buildings: Wang Chankasem Building (Floors 2-6), Samaraks Building, and the 3rd-floor parking area of Rajawallop 2 Building. Key tasks include a detailed survey of the existing network condition, designing a new network system for improved efficiency and stability, creating proactive and reactive maintenance plans, enhancing network security, repairing or upgrading faulty equipment, and establishing a service level agreement (SLA) for issue response. The contractor is required to station one full-time staff member at the DLL’s Digital Technology and Information Group. The estimated project budget is 4,924,655.40 Baht.
