กรมการจัดหางานได้จัดทำโครงการพัฒนาระบบแนะแนวอาชีพ เพื่อการมีงานทำ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างเครื่องมือแนะแนวอาชีพและการศึกษาต่อที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น เนื่องจากระบบเดิมที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันให้บริการเฉพาะแบบทดสอบวัดบุคลิกภาพเพื่อแนะแนวอาชีพตามมาตรฐานทั่วไป และไม่รองรับอาชีพใหม่ๆ รวมถึงไม่สามารถเชื่อมโยงแนะนำสถาบันการศึกษาได้อย่างชัดเจน
โครงการนี้จึงมุ่งพัฒนาระบบใหม่ด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence: AI) และกระบวนการ Machine Learning เข้ามาช่วยในการประเมินผลหลากหลายด้าน เช่น การประเมินบุคลิกภาพ ความพร้อมทางอาชีพ และการส่งเสริมการประกอบอาชีพ ระบบจะถูกออกแบบให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับคลังข้อมูลภายในของกรมการจัดหางาน เช่น ระบบไทยมีงานทำ และระบบคนทำงานอิสระ รวมไปถึงฐานข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานพันธมิตรภายนอก เช่น กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม โดยครอบคลุมข้อมูลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ข้อมูลสถาบันการศึกษา คณะ/สาขาวิชา เกณฑ์การรับเข้าศึกษา ตลอดจนข้อมูลตำแหน่งงาน
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือ ระบบที่สามารถให้บริการแนะแนวอาชีพและแนวทางการศึกษาต่อได้อย่างแม่นยำและเป็นส่วนตัวมากขึ้น สนับสนุนการมีงานทำที่ยั่งยืน โดยตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานทุกกลุ่ม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนักเรียน นักศึกษา ผู้ที่ต้องการเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงาน หรือผู้ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนอาชีพ
The Department of Employment is initiating a project to develop a modern Career Guidance System for Employment. The primary goal is to create an advanced tool for career and educational guidance by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technologies. This project arises from the limitations of the existing system, which offers only basic personality-based career assessments, lacks information on emerging careers, and cannot provide specific recommendations for educational institutions.
The new system will utilize AI and Machine Learning to enhance various assessment processes, including personality evaluation, career readiness, and career promotion. It will be designed to integrate and exchange data with the Department of Employment’s internal databases (e.g., Thai Job Search system, Freelancer system) as well as external partner agencies such as the Department of Skill Development, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. This integration will encompass training course data, educational institution profiles, faculties/majors, admission criteria, and job market information.
The expected outcome is a more accurate and personalized career and educational guidance platform. It aims to promote sustainable employment by effectively serving diverse user groups, including students, new job seekers, and individuals seeking a career change.
