โครงการงานซ่อมบำารุงระบบภายในศูนย์ข้อมูลหลักราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ จัดทำขึ้นโดยฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อต่ออายุการรับประกันอุปกรณ์ บำารุงรักษา และลิขสิทธิ์การใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ให้กับระบบต่าง ๆ ภายในศูนย์ข้อมูลหลัก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาความต่อเนื่องและประสิทธิภาพของการให้บริการสารสนเทศของราชวิทยาลัย ซึ่งระบบเหล่านี้ส่วนใหญ่ใกล้สิ้นสุดระยะเวลารับประกันแล้ว
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วยการบำารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ทุก ๆ 3 เดือน ตลอดสัญญา รวม 4 ครั้ง และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) แบบตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยครอบคลุมระบบต่าง ๆ กว่า 16 ระบบ ซึ่งรวมถึงระบบพื้นฐานสำคัญของศูนย์ข้อมูล (Data Center) อาทิ ระบบเครื่องปรับอากาศควบคุมอุณหภูมิและความชื้น (Precision Air Conditioning) ระบบเครื่องสำารองไฟฟ้า (UPS) ระบบเครื่องกำาเนิดไฟฟ้า (Generator) ระบบไฟฟ้าแรงสูงและแรงต่ำา ระบบระบายอากาศ ระบบแจ้งเตือนน้ำ้ารั่ว ระบบดับเพลิงอัตโนมัติ และระบบควบคุมอาคารอัตโนมัติ (BAS) ตลอดจนระบบความปลอดภัยทางกายภาพ เช่น ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) และระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออก (Access Control)
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการเปลี่ยนทดแทนอะไหล่ที่ชำารุด (ต้องเป็นยี่ห้อเดิมหรือดีกว่า) ยกเว้นบางรายการ เช่น แบตเตอรี่ UPS, การเติมน้ำ้ามันเชื้อเพลิง Generator และการเติมสารดับเพลิง ซึ่งจะเสนอราคาแยกต่างหาก โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 5,000,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาดำาเนินการ 365 วัน
This project, initiated by the Information Technology Department, aims to renew the warranty, provide maintenance, and extend software licenses for various systems within the main data center of the Royal College of Chulabhorn. The primary objective is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the college’s information services, as many of these systems are nearing the end of their warranty periods.
The core scope of work includes Preventive Maintenance (PM) every 3 months throughout the contract (4 cycles total) and 24/7 Corrective Maintenance (CM). It covers over 16 critical data center infrastructure systems, such as Precision Air Conditioning, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Generators, high and low voltage electrical systems, ventilation, water leak detection, automatic fire suppression, Building Automation System (BAS), and physical security systems like Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Access Control.
The contractor is responsible for all costs related to replacing faulty parts (must be original brand or better), except for specific items like UPS batteries, generator fuel refilling, and fire suppression agent refilling, which will be quoted separately. The project has a budget of 5,000,000 THB and a duration of 365 days.
