รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการงานซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยเครือข่ายของราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อต่ออายุการรับประกันอุปกรณ์และลิขสิทธิ์การใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ (Software License) สำหรับระบบเครือข่ายภายในและอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดรองรับภารกิจของหน่วยงาน
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการให้บริการบำรุงรักษาแบบป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ทุก 3 เดือน ตามผนวกของสัญญา รวมถึงการซ่อมแซมและแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) เมื่อเกิดความขัดข้อง โดยมีเงื่อนไขเวลาแก้ไขภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงนับจากรับแจ้ง นอกจากนี้ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเครือข่ายที่มีใบรับรอง CCNA อย่างน้อย 1 คน เข้าปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทุกวันทำการ และบุคลากรอีก 1 คนสำหรับสนับสนุนแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ รวมถึงต้องมีผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับ CCNP สำหรับให้คำปรึกษา โครงการยังกำหนดให้ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำเอกสารสนับสนุนการตรวจประเมินมาตรฐาน ISO 27001:2022 และศึกษา วิเคราะห์ พร้อมเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงระบบเครือข่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ รวดเร็ว มั่นคง และปลอดภัย
This project, “Network Equipment and Network Security Equipment Maintenance Project for the year 2528 (BE)”, aims to renew the warranty and software licenses for the network and security equipment of the Chulabhorn Royal College. The goal is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the internal network and peripheral devices to support the organization’s missions.
The scope of work includes providing preventive maintenance services every 3 months as per the contract appendices, as well as corrective maintenance to resolve malfunctions within 24 hours of notification. The contractor is required to deploy on-site personnel, including at least one CCNA-certified network specialist to work daily at the IT department, and another staff member for on-site support. A CCNP-certified expert must also be available for consultation. Additional responsibilities include preparing documentation to support ISO 27001:2022 audits and analyzing the network system to provide recommendations for improvement in performance, speed, stability, and security.
