โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยและภาพลักษณ์การท่องเที่ยวของประเทศไทยด้วยการนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาใช้ในการเฝ้าระวังและตรวจจับพฤติกรรมต้องสงสัยในพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวหลักทั่วประเทศ ระบบจะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจท่องเที่ยวผ่านการแจ้งเตือนแบบเรียลไทม์ไปยังโทรศัพท์มือถือและศูนย์ควบคุมส่วนกลาง พร้อมทั้งสร้างฐานข้อมูลสำหรับการวิเคราะห์และวางแผนนโยบายในระยะยาว
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย: (1) การติดตั้งระบบ AI ในกล้องวงจรปิดสำหรับตรวจจับใบหน้าและพฤติกรรมผิดปกติ จำนวนรวม 89 ชุด ในพื้นที่เป้าหมาย 34 แห่ง ได้แก่ สถานีตำรวจท่องเที่ยวขนาดใหญ่ 15 แห่ง สถานีขนาดเล็ก 17 แห่ง ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ และท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง (2) พัฒนาและติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการภาพและประมวลผลภาพ AI จำนวน 3 ระบบ (3) พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับจัดการภาพด้วย AI และบริหารการส่งภาพสู่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ จำนวน 89 สิทธิ์ (4) จัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายพร้อมอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย (5) สร้างและติดตั้งระบบฐานข้อมูลสำหรับจัดเก็บข้อมูลบุคคล (6) การเชื่อมต่อระบบกับอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่และศูนย์ควบคุม (7) การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน และ (8) การให้บริการรับประกันและซ่อมบำรุงระบบเป็นเวลา 1 ปี
This project aims to enhance safety and the tourism image of Thailand by implementing an intelligent AI camera system for surveillance and detection of suspicious behavior in key tourist areas nationwide. The system will improve the operational efficiency of Tourist Police officers through real-time alerts to mobile phones and a central control center, while also establishing a database for long-term analysis and policy planning.
The main scope of work includes: (1) Installation of AI systems in CCTV cameras for face and anomaly detection, totaling 89 sets across 34 target locations: 15 large tourist police stations, 17 small tourist police stations, Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Don Mueang Airport. (2) Development and installation of image management and AI image processing software (3 systems). (3) Development of AI-based image filtering and server transmission management software (89 licenses). (4) Provision and installation of server computers with network equipment. (5) Creation and installation of a database system for storing personal data. (6) System integration with mobile devices and the control center. (7) User training. (8) Provision of a 1-year warranty and maintenance service for the entire system.
