โครงการก่อสร้างทางยกระดับและทางเชื่อมเพื่อบรรเทาปัญหาจราจรบริเวณทางแยกต่างระดับจุดตัดทางหลวงหมายเลข 347 กับทางหลวงหมายเลข 3309 และทางหลวงหมายเลข 3309 กับทางหลวงหมายเลข 3038 จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นโครงการสำคัญที่มุ่งแก้ไขปัญหาการจราจรติดขัดในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของโครงข่ายถนน ลดความแออัดบริเวณทางแยกสำคัญ และอำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางแก่ประชาชนและภาคธุรกิจ การดำเนินงานจะครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างทางยกระดับและทางเชื่อมตามรูปแบบที่กำหนดในแบบแปลนและรายการประกอบแบบ เพื่อให้การจราจรมีความคล่องตัวมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งจะส่งผลดีต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน
