กรมสรรพากรมีแผนดำเนินโครงการจ้างบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ผ่านการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้บริการบำรุงรักษาแบบป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) แก่ระบบเครือข่ายสื่อสารที่ติดตั้งครอบคลุมทุกหน่วยงานของกรมสรรพากรทั่วประเทศ ได้แก่ สำนักงานสรรพากรภาค สำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่ และสำนักงานสรรพากรพื้นที่สาขา รวมทั้งสิ้นกว่า 981 แห่ง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการใช้งานบนระบบเครือข่ายซึ่งเชื่อมโยงกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์กว่า 20,000 เครื่องจะมีความต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานราชการ
ขอบเขตงานหลักของผู้รับจ้างครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายตามตารางที่กำหนด และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง โดยมีเงื่อนไขเวลาการแก้ไขที่ชัดเจนแบ่งตามพื้นที่ เช่น ภายใน 3 ชั่วโมงสำหรับสำนักงานใหญ่และศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์หลัก ภายใน 5 ชั่วโมงสำหรับสำนักงานภาคและพื้นที่ในเขตปริมณฑล และภายในวันทำการถัดไปสำหรับสำนักงานอื่นๆ ทั่วประเทศ สัญญามีกำหนดระยะเวลา 1 ปี ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569
The Excise Department is launching a project for the annual maintenance and repair of computer network equipment for the fiscal year 2025 (BE 2569) via electronic bidding (e-bidding). The primary objective is to provide preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) services for the communication network equipment installed across all departmental units nationwide, including 12 regional offices, 119 area offices, and 850 branch offices, supporting over 20,000 computers. The goal is to ensure continuous, efficient network operation without disrupting government services.
The contractor’s main responsibilities include scheduled preventive maintenance for all network equipment and prompt corrective repairs in case of failure. Clear service level agreements (SLAs) specify resolution times: within 3 hours for the main headquarters and data centers, within 5 hours for regional and metropolitan area offices, and by the next working day for other offices nationwide. The contract period is for one year, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
