สำนักสุขภาพดิจิทัล ภายใต้สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ได้จัดทำโครงการพัฒนา AI Hub Imaging ระยะที่ ๒ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการคลังข้อมูลภาพถ่ายทางการแพทย์ ลดต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน และเป็นแพลตฟอร์มกลางสำหรับเชื่อมโยงแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลภาพทางการแพทย์ระหว่างหน่วยบริการต่าง ๆ พร้อมรองรับการให้บริการวิเคราะห์ภาพด้วยเครื่องมือปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนานวัตกรรมสุขภาพ
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการพัฒนาระบบแพลตฟอร์มครบวงจร เริ่มตั้งแต่การออกแบบ UX/UI การพัฒนาระบบนำเข้าภาพทางการแพทย์ผ่าน Web Portal และ Protocol มาตรฐาน เช่น DICOM, RESTful API รวมถึงระบบค้นหาและแสดงผลภาพทางการแพทย์สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และผู้รับบริการ โดยระบบจะต้องรองรับการยืนยันตัวตนผ่านบัตรประชาชนและ OTP การกรองข้อมูลตามช่วงเวลา การแสดงผลเปรียบเทียบภาพ พร้อมเครื่องมือปรับแต่งภาพขั้นสูง นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องพัฒนาระบบการส่งภาพเพื่อประมวลผลด้วย AI โดยมีการปกปิดข้อมูลส่วนตัว (Anonymized) และระบบเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบส่งต่อผู้ป่วย MOPH Refer ของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข
The Digital Health Office, under the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Health, is launching the Phase 2 Development Project for the AI Hub Imaging system. The project aims to enhance the efficiency of medical imaging data management, reduce operational costs, and establish a central platform for connecting and exchanging medical image data among various healthcare service units. It is also designed to support image analysis services using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to foster health innovation.
The scope of work encompasses the comprehensive development of the platform system. This includes UX/UI design, development of a medical image import system via Web Portal and standard protocols such as DICOM and RESTful API, as well as a search and display system for medical images intended for healthcare personnel and patients. The system must support identity verification via national ID cards and OTP, time-based data filtering, comparative image display, and advanced image editing tools. Furthermore, the project requires developing a system to send images for AI processing with anonymization of personal data and integrating the system with the Ministry of Public Health’s MOPH Refer patient referral system.
