รายละเอียดการจ้าง
องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ได้บูรณาการร่วมกับเทศบาลเมืองท่าเรือพระแท่น ในการจัดทำโครงการสืบสานประเพณีสงกรานต์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙ ขึ้น เพื่อตอบสนองต่อความสำคัญของประเพณีท้องถิ่นที่ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมาอย่างยาวนานในพื้นที่อำเภอท่ามะกา ซึ่งมีความหลากหลายทางชาติพันธุ์และวัฒนธรรม
โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจและอนุรักษ์ประเพณีสงกรานต์และศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนร่วมกันสืบสานภูมิปัญญาและมีความรักความสามัคคี ตลอดจนเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัด
งานจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13 - 17 เมษายน 2569 ณ บริเวณลานหน้าอาคาร 60 พรรษามหาราชินี เทศบาลเมืองท่าเรือพระแท่น และบริเวณวัดท่าเรือ ตำบลท่าเรือ อำเภอท่ามะกา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยมีเป้าหมายผู้เข้าร่วมงาน (ประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยว) ไม่น้อยกว่า 2,000 คน กิจกรรมหลักประกอบด้วย พิธีเปิดงาน, พิธีสรงน้ำพระ, การสาธิตกวนข้าวทิพย์, การก่อเจดีย์ทราย, การจัดริ้วขบวนแห่นางสงกรานต์, และการแสดงมหรสพต่างๆ
ขอบเขตงานของผู้รับจ้างครอบคลุมการเสนอแนวคิดภาพรวมการดำเนินงาน การจัดเตรียมสถานที่ (เวทีกลาง ระบบไฟฟ้าและไฟประดับ รถสุขาเคลื่อนที่) การจัดเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยและการทำความสะอาด และการประชาสัมพันธ์งานให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่อำเภอท่ามะการับทราบอย่างทั่วถึง
The Kanchanaburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), in collaboration with the Tha Ruea Phra Thaen Municipality, is implementing the “Songkran Tradition Continuation Project” for the fiscal year 2026. This project aims to preserve and continue the local Songkran tradition in Tha Ruea Subdistrict, Tha Maka District, which reflects the area’s diverse ethnic and cultural heritage.
The objectives are to promote public understanding and conservation of Songkran and local arts and culture, to encourage community participation in preserving wisdom and fostering unity and harmony, and to promote cultural tourism and stimulate the provincial economy.
The event will be held from April 13 to 17, 2026, at the area in front of the 60 Phansa Maharatsini Building, Tha Ruea Phra Thaen Municipality, and around Wat Tha Ruea, Tha Ruea Subdistrict, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province. The target is to have no less than 2,000 participants, including local residents and tourists. Key activities include an opening ceremony, water pouring ceremony for Buddha images, demonstration of making sweet rice, sand pagoda building, Songkran goddess procession, and various performances.
The contractor’s scope of work includes proposing the overall operational concept, preparing the venue (main stage, lighting and decorative electrical system, mobile toilets), arranging security and cleaning personnel, and publicizing the event widely to the public in Tha Maka District.
