รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดจ้างบำรุงรักษา License และระบบ VMware สำหรับระบบเก็บค่าผ่านทางแบบอ่านป้ายทะเบียนระดับศูนย์ควบคุม (HQ) ของทางพิเศษบูรพาวิถี ซึ่งเป็นระบบสำคัญที่ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและลดเวลาในการชำระค่าผ่านทาง วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการต่ออายุสิทธิ์การใช้งาน (License) และการให้การสนับสนุนผลิตภัณฑ์ VMware ตามกฎหมาย ตลอดจนการตรวจสอบ ปรับปรุง และทำให้ซอฟต์แวร์ระบบเดิมทำงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์กับ VMware
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) รายเดือนสำหรับ Virtual Machine (VM) บนเครื่องแม่ข่าย HPE SimpliVity DL380 จำนวน 6 เครื่อง พร้อมจัดทำรายงานสรุป performance ของระบบ เช่น การตรวจสอบทรัพยากร CPU/RAM, สถานะบริการ, Log, Alarm, Backup, Network, Security Patch และสถานะ License นอกจากนี้ยังต้องให้บริการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และมีกำหนดส่งมอบงานเป็นรายเดือน พร้อมรับประกันผลงานอีก 5 เดือนหลังสิ้นสุดสัญญา โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 13,910,000 บาท และใช้เกณฑ์การพิจารณาแบบราคา
The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) intends to hire a contractor for the maintenance of VMware licenses for the HQ-level toll collection system at the Burapha Withi Expressway Control Center (CCB4). This is a 7-month project aimed at ensuring the continuous and efficient 24/7 operation of the automatic license plate recognition toll system. The core scope includes renewing software licenses and product support, performing monthly preventive and corrective maintenance on 6 units of HPE SimpliVity DL380 servers, and providing comprehensive system performance monitoring and reporting. The contractor must offer 24/7 technical support and a 5-month warranty period after the contract ends. The project budget is 13,910,000 THB, and the selection criteria are based on price.
