โครงการนี้จัดทำโดยสำนักงานจัดการทรัพย์สิน จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความชำรุดของระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ (Fire Alarm System) ภายในอาคารจัตุรัสจามจุรี ซึ่งจากการตรวจสอบพบว่ามีสายสัญญาณเสียหายทำให้อุปกรณ์ไม่ทำงาน 39 จุด และหัวตรวจจับควัน Addressable Smoke Detector อีก 15 จุด การดำเนินงานนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นการฟื้นฟูระบบให้สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ เพื่อรักษามาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของอาคารสูงและป้องกันอันตรายจากอัคคีภัย
ขอบเขตการดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจหน้างานทุกจุดก่อนเริ่มงาน การเดินสายไฟ THW ขนาด 1x2.5 ตร.มม. หรือดีกว่า พร้อมร้อยท่อ Flexible/MT ในพื้นที่ที่ระบุจำนวน 39 จุดทั่วชั้น B, G, 2, 3 และ 4 ของอาคาร และการติดตั้งหัวตรวจจับควันแบบ Addressable Photoelectric Smoke Detectors รุ่น FST-951-IV พร้อมฐาน B501 จำนวน 15 จุด หลังจากติดตั้งแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างต้องทำการทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการทำงาน พร้อมทั้งรับผิดชอบการขนย้ายขยะและทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ให้เรียบร้อยก่อนส่งมอบงาน ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องจัดทำแผนงานและรายชื่อกำลังคนเสนอต่อผู้ควบคุมงานเพื่อขอความเห็นชอบก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงานจริง
This project, initiated by the Property Management Office of Chulalongkorn University, aims to repair and restore the Fire Alarm System within the Chamchuri Square Building. The necessity arose from an inspection that identified 39 damaged signal cables causing device failures and 15 faulty Addressable Smoke Detectors. The primary objective is to rectify these issues to ensure the fire alarm system functions normally, thereby upholding building safety standards and protecting lives and assets.
The scope of work entails a comprehensive site survey, followed by the installation of new THW 1x2.5 sq.mm (or better) electrical cables with Flexible/MT conduits across 39 specified locations on floors B, G, 2, 3, and 4. Additionally, 15 units of Addressable Photoelectric Smoke Detectors (model FST-951-IV with base B501) will be installed. Post-installation, the contractor must conduct full system testing, prepare a summary report of the work performed, and ensure the worksite is cleaned and cleared of debris before handover. The contractor is also required to submit a work plan and personnel roster for the supervising engineer’s approval prior to commencement.
