โครงการนี้มุ่งพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบร่างกฎหมาย (กกอ.) ให้เป็นระบบสารสนเทศแบบ Web Application ที่ทันสมัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่ออํานวยความสะดวกในการดําเนินงานของคณะกรรมการฯ รวมถึงการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การสืบค้น และการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น รายชื่อคณะกรรมการฯ ข้อสังเกตหรือแนวความเห็น สรุปผลการประชุม บันทึกเรื่องเสร็จ ร่างที่ตรวจพิจารณาแล้ว และคู่มือการร่างอนุบัญญัติ
ระบบที่พัฒนาจะรองรับการใช้งานผ่านอุปกรณ์ที่หลากหลาย เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ แท็บเล็ต และสมาร์ทโฟน รวมทั้งมีการออกแบบให้มีความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ เพื่อป้องกันภัยคุกคามจากผู้ไม่ประสงค์ดี
ลักษณะงานประกอบด้วย การออกแบบและพัฒนา Web Application การเชื่อมโยงระบบด้วย API การจัดหาใบรับรองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Enterprise Certificate) การติดตั้งระบบบนเครื่องแม่ข่ายของ สลค. การวางแผนสํารองข้อมูล และการฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน
ระบบจะรองรับฟังก์ชันการใช้งานที่ครอบคลุม เช่น ระบบบริหารจัดการหลัก ระบบสมาชิกผู้ใช้งาน ระบบแจ้งเตือน (อีเมลและ SMS) ระบบการค้นหาข้อมูล และระบบรายงานแบบ Dashboard ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การดําเนินงานของคณะกรรมการฯ มีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น
This project aims to develop a database system for the Committee Examining Draft Laws (กกอ.) as a modern Web Application to support the academic and administrative work of the committee. The system will facilitate efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing, including committee member lists, opinions, meeting summaries, finalized drafts, and drafting manuals.
The system will support multi-device accessibility (e.g., computers, tablets, smartphones) and incorporate cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access. It will feature a Web-based interface using Responsive Design technology to ensure compatibility with various screen sizes.
Key deliverables include system design and development, API integration for data exchange, Enterprise Certificate procurement, server installation, data backup planning, and user training.
Notable functionalities include member management, notification systems (email/SMS), advanced search capabilities, and interactive dashboard reporting—all designed to enhance committee operations.
