กรมท่าอากาศยานมีแผนจ้างผู้ช่วยปฏิบัติการด้านปฏิบัติการและบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศขนาดใหญ่ 4 ท่าอากาศยาน ได้แก่ ท่าอากาศยานกระบี่ นครศรีธรรมราช ขอนแก่น และตรัง เนื่องจากระบบปรับอากาศในท่าอากาศยานดังกล่าวหมดระยะเวลารับประกันแล้ว โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ ลดปัญหาการหยุดทำงานของเครื่องปรับอากาศ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้พร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
งานประกอบด้วย 3 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่ การควบคุมและตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบ (Operation) การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหาเร่งด่วน (Corrective Maintenance) รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานและประวัติการบำรุงรักษา
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศแบบรวมศูนย์ Water Cooled Chiller ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 500 ตันความเย็นต่อเครื่อง ในสัญญาเดียวมูลค่าไม่ต่ำกว่า 4.959 ล้านบาท
The Department of Airports is seeking contractors for operation and maintenance assistance of large air conditioning systems at 4 regional airports: Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Khon Kaen, and Trang. The project aims to extend equipment lifespan, reduce system downtime, and maintain optimal performance through preventive maintenance and urgent repair services.
The scope includes three main aspects: 1) System operation control and monitoring 2) Preventive maintenance 3) Corrective maintenance for urgent repairs. Contractors are required to have experience in maintaining water-cooled chiller systems (minimum 500 refrigeration tons per unit) with at least one previous contract worth 4.959 million baht.
