โครงการจัดจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรักษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ต่างๆ ในศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์หลักของ บสย. ซึ่งรวมถึงอุปกรณ์สำรองข้อมูลลงม้วนเทป อุปกรณ์ป้องกัน Advance Persistent Threat อุปกรณ์ป้องกันและตรวจจับการบุกรุก และอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลภายนอก โดยปัจจุบันอุปกรณ์เหล่านี้ใกล้สิ้นสุดระยะเวลาการรับประกันในวันที่ 28 พฤศจิกายน 2558 โครงการนี้จึงต้องการผู้ให้บริการที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเพื่อบำรุงรักษาและต่ออายุการประกัน
โครงการนี้เน้นการรักษาการทำงานต่อเนื่องของระบบ ลดความเสี่ยงจากความเสียหายของฮาร์ดแวร์ และสนับสนุนการให้บริการระบบงานต่างๆ ของ บสย. ให้ดำเนินการได้อย่างไม่มีอุปสรรค ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด ซึ่งรวมถึงการไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงานของหน่วยงานรัฐ และมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมายการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ
This project involves the maintenance service for computer equipment at the main computer center of Small Industry Credit Guarantee Corporation (SICGC). The objective is to maintain the continuous operation of various hardware equipment including tape backup devices, Advanced Persistent Threat protection devices, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and external storage devices. The current warranty for these devices is about to expire on November 28, 2015.
The project aims to ensure uninterrupted system operations, reduce hardware failure risks, and support various operational systems of SICGC. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, including legal compliance and no history of project abandonment with government agencies.
