มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงมีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างผู้รับจ้างที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อดำเนินโครงการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายสำหรับติดตั้งระบบงานสารสนเทศ (Application Server) ซึ่งเป็นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำคัญที่รองรับการทำงานของระบบสารสนเทศหลักของมหาวิทยาลัยหลายระบบ วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และต่อเนื่อง เพื่อตอบสนองต่อการใช้งานของบุคลากร ผู้บริหาร และนักศึกษา รวมถึงเพื่อความปลอดภัยของระบบงานที่ต้องได้รับการบำรุงรักษาและตรวจสอบเป็นระยะตามมาตรฐาน

ขอบเขตงานของโครงการครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาและดูแลให้ Application Server ทำงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ โดยรองรับระบบงานที่สำคัญ เช่น ระบบลงทะเบียนเรียนระดับปริญญาตรี (RU Regis), ระบบสารสนเทศบัณฑิตศึกษา, ระบบส่งเกรด, e-Services RU, e-testing, e-Portfolio, ระบบกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ, ระบบตรวจสอบขอทรานสคริปต์และเอกสารสำคัญ, ระบบภาวะการมีงานทำของบัณฑิต, ข้อมูลสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี และระบบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยระบบเหล่านี้ให้บริการครอบคลุมทั้งส่วนกลาง ส่วนภูมิภาค และสาขาวิทยบริการต่างประเทศของมหาวิทยาลัย

ผู้สนใจยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลผู้มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานดังกล่าว และมีคุณสมบัติที่สำคัญ เช่น ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ และมีทุนจดทะเบียนที่เรียกชำระแล้วไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ล้านบาท ณ วันที่ยื่นข้อเสนอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้รับจ้างมีศักยภาพและความพร้อมในการดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายที่มีความสำคัญยิ่งต่อการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง

Ramkhamhaeng University is seeking a qualified contractor for the maintenance of Application Servers that host critical information systems. The primary objective of this project is to ensure that the Application Servers function correctly, efficiently, and continuously, supporting the needs of the university’s personnel, administrators, and students. This also includes ensuring system security through regular, standard-compliant maintenance and inspections.

The scope of work involves maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of Application Servers that support various key university systems, such as the undergraduate registration system (RU Regis), graduate information system, grade submission system, e-Services RU, e-testing, e-Portfolio, national higher education qualification framework system, transcript request system, graduate employment status system, undergraduate student information, and other related systems. These services must cover the central campus, regional branches, and international service branches.

Prospective bidders must be natural persons or legal entities whose profession is to undertake such work. Key qualifications include not being bankrupt, not being suspended from bidding, and having a paid-up registered capital of not less than 1 million Baht as of the bid submission date. These requirements ensure that the selected contractor possesses the capability and readiness to perform critical maintenance on the university’s essential IT infrastructure.
