ประกาศนี้เป็นการเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อโต๊ะควบคุมอุณหภูมิพร้อมระบบทำความเย็น สำหรับงานธนาคารเลือด จำนวน 1 ตัว ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการบริการผู้ป่วยของโรงพยาบาล โต๊ะควบคุมอุณหภูมิดังกล่าวจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในประกาศ และต้องยื่นเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้วิธีการประเมินราคาต่ำสุด ผู้ที่เสนอราคาต่ำสุดและมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไข จะเป็นผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เป็นคู่สัญญาในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างครั้งนี้ กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 150 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และต้องบำรุงรักษาตามมาตรฐานบริษัทผู้ผลิตทุก 3 เดือน ตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน
