โครงการพัฒนาห้องมิกซ์เสียงนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยหอภาพยนตร์ (องค์การมหาชน) เพื่อปรับปรุงโรงภาพยนตร์ในอาคารสรรพสาตรศุภกิจให้เป็น Sound Mixing Studio ที่มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐานสากล วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อรองรับงานอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูเสียงของภาพยนตร์ให้มีคุณภาพดียิ่งขึ้น และเพื่อพัฒนาสถานที่ให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ ฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านเสียงสำหรับนักศึกษาและผู้สนใจในอุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัย เช่น ชุดตัดต่อและบันทึกเสียงสตูดิโอ โปรแกรมตัดต่อเสียง การ์ดเสียง อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อสัญญาณเสียง เครื่องควบคุมเสียง การ์ดแสดงผลวิดีโอ อุปกรณ์ส่งและรับสัญญาณ HDMI หน้าจอควบคุมระดับเสียง ชุดลำโพงมอนิเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ป้องกันเสียงรบกวน จอแสดงผล อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูล NAS และ Network Switch รวมถึงอุปกรณ์สำรองไฟ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างห้อง เช่น การจัดทำแพลตฟอร์มรองรับการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ การเปลี่ยนประตูอะคูสติก การติดตั้งระบบสายสัญญาณและไฟฟ้า และการจัดทำตู้เก็บเสียงแบบถอดประกอบได้

โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการทดสอบและปรับแต่งระบบ การฝึกอบรมบุคลากร และการจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์

วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 5,000,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาดำเนินงาน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

The Sound Mixing Studio Development Project is initiated by the Thai Film Archive (Public Organization) to upgrade a cinema in the Suppasart Supakit Building into a high-quality, internationally standard sound mixing studio. The primary objectives are to support the conservation and restoration of film audio and to develop the facility into a learning, training, and development center for audio personnel, students, and individuals interested in the film industry.

The project scope includes the procurement and installation of modern equipment such as studio editing and recording kits, audio editing software, sound cards, audio interface devices, sound controllers, video display cards, HDMI transmitters and receivers, audio control screens, monitor speaker sets, noise reduction equipment, display screens, NAS storage devices, and network switches, as well as a power backup unit. Additionally, it involves structural improvements such as the construction of a platform to support equipment installation, replacement of acoustic doors, installation of signal and electrical systems, and the construction of a demountable soundproof booth.

The project also includes system testing and adjustment, personnel training, and the creation of equipment usage and maintenance manuals.

The budget for this project is 5,000,000 baht, with a completion timeframe of 90 days from the contract signing date.
