โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬาในจังหวัดสงขลา โดยการจัดกิจกรรมสงขลามาราธอนนานาชาติ ประจําปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการวางแผน การจัดการแข่งขัน การประชาสัมพันธ์ และการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เพื่อดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้เข้าร่วมจากทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการตามแผนงานที่กําหนด และส่งมอบผลงานตามระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาจ้าง
