รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรมนานาชาติ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเทศกาลนานาชาติแห่งศิลปะการแสดงหน้ากาก ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๗ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์และเกียรติภูมิของประเทศไทยในเวทีโลก รวมถึงยกระดับบทบาทด้านวัฒนธรรมของไทยให้เป็นผู้นำในภูมิภาคอาเซียน โดยการนำทุนทางวัฒนธรรมมาต่อยอดและสร้างสรรค์เป็นผลงานศิลปะใหม่ ๆ
โครงการนี้จะมุ่งเน้นการใช้วัฒนธรรมร่วมของอาเซียนอย่าง “หน้ากาก” เป็นสัญลักษณ์ในการสานความร่วมมือภายใต้แนวคิด “หลากหลาย สร้างสรรค์ ยั่งยืน” เพื่อผลักดันมิติการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์และวัฒนธรรม ก่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ในความหลากหลายและความคล้ายที่แตกต่าง บนแนวคิด “ต่าง คล้าย ใช่ “เลย” ” และผลักดันการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (Creative economy) ตามโมเดลเศรษฐกิจใหม่ BCG และปรับเปลี่ยนบทบาทกระทรวงวัฒนธรรมสู่กระทรวงสังคมถึงเศรษฐกิจ ภายใต้แนวคิด “วัฒนธรรมทําดี ทํางาน ทําเงิน กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจฐานราก” สร้างรายได้ให้แก่ประชาชน ชุมชน อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
The project aims to promote and develop international cultural performances, focusing on the International Mask Arts and Performance Festival. It seeks to enhance Thailand’s image and reputation on the global stage and elevate its cultural role in ASEAN by building upon cultural assets to create new artistic works under the concept of “Diversity, Creativity, Sustainability.” The project also promotes creative and cultural tourism, fostering learning about diversity and similarities under the concept of “Different, Similar, Yes ‘Loei’.” It drives the development of a creative economy based on the BCG economic model and transforms the role of the Ministry of Culture towards a socio-economic ministry under the concept of “Culture does good, works, makes money, stimulates the grassroots economy,” generating sustainable income for citizens and communities.
