โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างบริการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์การประมวลผล และระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ภายใต้โครงการเครื่องไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง (โครงการใหญ่) ของกรมศุลกากร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของกรมศุลกากรมีความพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพสูง เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการด้านพิธีการศุลกากรแก่ผู้ประกอบการนำเข้า-ส่งออก ให้ได้รับความสะดวก รวดเร็ว และถูกต้อง

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance), การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดปัญหา และการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุด โดยครอบคลุมระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ในโครงการต่างๆ ของกรมศุลกากร เช่น โครงการ 53, 58, 67, 74, 92, 94, 109, 110, 122, 123, 144, 146, 153, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 165, 168, 169, 183, 184, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 209 รวมถึงระบบสายสื่อสารและอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงในสถานที่ต่างๆ เช่น กองบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล, ด่านศุลกากรจันทบุรี, ด่านพรมแดนบ้านผักกาด, ด่านศุลกากรมุกดาหาร, ด่านศุลกากรช่องจอม, ด่านศุลกากรช่องสะงํา, ด่านศุลกากรหนองคาย, ด่านศุลกากรนครพนม, ด่านศุลกากรเชียงแสน, ด่านศุลกากรปาดังเบซาร์, ด่านศุลกากรตากใบ, สำนักงานศุลกากรภาคที่ 5 และด่านศุลกากรสะเดา

การบริการต้องครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน การซ่อมแซมแก้ไข และการให้บริการตลอดอายุสัญญา เพื่อให้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของกรมศุลกากรสามารถรองรับระบบงานต่างๆ เช่น e-Customs, NSW, e-Express, e-Tracking, Tracking System และ GPS ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

This project is for hiring maintenance and repair services for computers, processing equipment, and computer systems under the Microcomputer and Peripherals Project (Large Project) of the Customs Department. The objective is to ensure the readiness and high efficiency of the Customs Department’s computer systems to support customs procedures for importers and exporters, providing convenience, speed, and accuracy.

The scope of work covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, and replacement of defective equipment. It includes computer systems in various Customs Department projects such as projects 53, 58, 67, 74, 92, 94, 109, 110, 122, 123, 144, 146, 153, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 165, 168, 169, 183, 184, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 209, as well as communication lines and peripherals in various locations such as the Bureau of Human Resources Administration, Chanthaburi Customs House, Ban Phakkad Border Crossing, Mukdahan Customs House, Chong Chom Customs House, Chong Sa-ngam Customs House, Nong Khai Customs House, Nakhon Phanom Customs House, Chiang Saen Customs House, Padang Besar Customs House, Tak Bai Customs House, Regional Customs Office 5, and Sadao Customs House.

The service must cover preventive maintenance, repair, and service throughout the contract period, so that the Customs Department’s computer systems can efficiently support various systems such as e-Customs, NSW, e-Express, e-Tracking, Tracking System and GPS.
