สำนักงานบังคับคดีจังหวัดระยอง ได้ประกาศประกวดราคาจ้างจัดแสดงนิทรรศการเพื่อเผยแพร่ภารกิจของกรมบังคับคดี ในงานมหกรรมการเงินระยอง ครั้งที่ ๗ ประจำปี ๒๕๖๘ (MONEY EXPO 2025) โดยใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,564,580.00 บาท มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลบทบาทหน้าที่ ตลอดจนภารกิจสำคัญของกรมบังคับคดีให้สาธารณชนและผู้สนใจได้รับทราบอย่างกว้างขวางผ่านรูปแบบของนิทรรศการ ผู้รับจ้างจะมีขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การออกแบบ จัดสร้าง ติดตั้ง และบริหารจัดการบูธนิทรรศการ รวมถึงการจัดเตรียมสื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมภายในบูธให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์การเผยแพร่ภารกิจ และต้องรับผิดชอบการรื้อถอนขนย้ายภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นงาน กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงานทั้งหมดภายใน 45 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาประกอบกับเกณฑ์อื่น โดยให้คะแนนข้อเสนอทางเทคนิคหรือข้อเสนออื่นๆ มีน้ำหนักสูงถึงร้อยละ 80 และราคาที่ยื่นเสนอมีน้ำหนักร้อยละ 20 ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะ อาทิ เป็นนิติบุคคลที่ประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างงานประเภทนี้ มีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันไม่น้อยกว่า 780,000 บาท และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวกตามที่กำหนด เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ถึงความสามารถในการดำเนินงานและการบริหารจัดการโครงการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The Rayong Provincial Legal Execution Office has announced an e-bidding project for the exhibition and dissemination of the Legal Execution Department’s mission at the 7th Money Expo Rayong 2025. The project budget is 1,564,580.00 Thai Baht. The primary objective is to widely publicize and inform the public about the department’s roles, duties, and key missions through an exhibition format. The contractor’s scope of work includes the design, construction, installation, and management of the exhibition booth, as well as preparing promotional media and activities within the booth to align with the mission dissemination objectives. The contractor is also responsible for dismantling and removing the booth after the event. The project delivery period is 45 days from the contract signing date. Bid evaluation will be based on price and other criteria, with technical or other proposals weighted at 80% and the submitted price at 20%. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, such as being a legal entity engaged in this type of contracting work, having previous experience in similar projects valued at no less than 780,000 Baht, and maintaining positive net worth as specified, ensuring capability to effectively execute and manage the project.
