รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาระบบ IPD Paperless ของโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยาให้มีความทันสมัยและเป็นอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มากยิ่งขึ้น โดยระบบใหม่นี้จะต้องสามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบสารสนเทศ HIS HOMC ที่มีอยู่เดิมของโรงพยาบาลได้อย่างราบรื่น ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่โปรแกรมห้องแพทย์ เวชระเบียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โปรแกรมควบคุมหอผู้ป่วย ไปจนถึงโปรแกรมคลังยาและเวชภัณฑ์
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการพัฒนาระบบที่สามารถจัดการแผนผังเตียง แสดงข้อมูลผู้ป่วย ประวัติการเข้ารับบริการ ข้อมูลสัญญาณชีพ การให้สารละลาย การขับถ่ายสารละลาย บันทึกข้อมูลการรักษาพยาบาล (Nurse Note, Focus List, Assessment Form) บันทึกคำสั่งแพทย์ ผลตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการและรังสี บันทึก Progress Note, Discharge Summary, การปรึกษาระหว่างแพทย์, การให้ยา (MAR SHEET) และ Nurse Schedule รวมถึงการจัดเก็บไฟล์สแกนและภาพ
ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจะต้องสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบห้องแพทย์ (Doctor Station), ระบบ IPD Admission และระบบ Ward เดิมของโรงพยาบาลได้ โดยข้อมูลจะถูกส่งผ่านและอัปเดตระหว่างระบบต่างๆ โดยอัตโนมัติ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องเชื่อมต่อกับระบบห้องยา เพื่อให้รายการยาที่สั่งจ่ายในระบบ IPD Paperless ถูกส่งไปยังระบบห้องยาโดยอัตโนมัติ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงการสั่งจ่ายยาจากห้องยาจะแสดงผลในระบบ IPD Paperless
This project aims to develop an IPD Paperless system for Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Hospital, transforming it into a comprehensive electronic system. The new system must seamlessly integrate with the hospital’s existing HIS HOMC, covering the management of patient information from admission to discharge. The focus is on ease of use, streamlined workflows, and improved service efficiency. The scope includes developing a system that manages bed layouts, displays patient data, service history, vital signs, fluid intake/output, nursing notes, doctor’s orders, lab results, radiology reports, progress notes, discharge summaries, inter-doctor consultations, medication administration (MAR sheet), and nurse schedules, as well as storing scanned files and images. The developed system must connect with the existing Doctor Station, IPD Admission, and Ward systems, with automatic data transfer and updates between systems. It also needs to link to the pharmacy system, so that medication orders are automatically sent and changes made in the pharmacy system are reflected in the IPD Paperless system.
