โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตั้งและปรับปรุงระบบเสียงตามสายในชุมชนต่างๆ ในเขตสายไหม เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการชุมชนเข้มแข็งพัฒนาตนเองตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประจำปี 2568 ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้แก่ เครื่องขยายเสียงพาวเวอร์มิกเซอร์, เครื่องขยายเสียงพาวเวอร์แอมป์, เครื่องผสมสัญญาณเสียง, ลำโพงฮอร์น, และสายลำโพง โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคของอุปกรณ์แต่ละชนิดระบุไว้ใน TOR นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์เดิมที่ชำรุด และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ใหม่ให้ได้มาตรฐาน สามารถใช้งานได้ดี ณ จุดที่กำหนดในแต่ละชุมชน รวมถึงทดลองการใช้งานระบบให้สมบูรณ์ และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 1 ปี

This project involves the installation and improvement of community public address systems in 7 communities within the Sai Mai district of Bangkok. The objective is to support activities under the “Strong Community Self-Development Project Based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy” for the year 2025. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of equipment such as power mixer amplifiers, power amplifiers, audio mixers, horn speakers, and speaker cables. The contractor is also responsible for removing old equipment, ensuring the new system meets standards and is fully functional, and providing a 1-year warranty for defects.
