โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาระบบเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์และระบบสารสนเทศหลักของโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายหลากหลายรายการ เช่น Core Switches, Access Switches, Storage System, Wireless Controller, Access Point, Server HP, Firewall FortiGate และ UPS รวมถึง Software Network Monitor (SolarWinds)
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องให้บริการบำรุงรักษาทั้งเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ปีละ 4 ครั้ง และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) เมื่อเกิดปัญหา โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จไม่เกิน 365 วัน และมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 4 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาจ้างด้วยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีหนังสือแต่งตั้งการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายยี่ห้อ CISCO และมีเจ้าหน้าที่ที่มี Certificate ระดับ CCIE และ CCNP/CCNA
This project involves the maintenance of server systems, data storage equipment, and the network system of Suranaree University of Technology Hospital. It covers a variety of equipment such as Core Switches, Access Switches, Storage Systems, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, HP Servers, FortiGate Firewalls, and UPS devices. The goal is to ensure that these systems operate continuously and efficiently for 365 days. The contractor must have qualified personnel with relevant certifications. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance (4 times per year) and corrective maintenance as needed. The project duration is 365 days, with payments divided into 4 installments based on work progress. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, including being a vendor of electronically auctioned goods, having a letter of authorization as a CISCO network equipment distributor, and possessing staff with CCIE and CCNP/CCNA certifications.
