This project is a bidding process for the construction of a 5-story car park building. The main objective is to solve the current parking shortage problem and to facilitate users of government buildings.

The scope of work for this project covers the construction of a 5-story car park building, including structural work (e.g., foundations, columns, beams, floors), architectural work (e.g., walls, roofs, doors, windows), electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., electrical system, plumbing system, sanitation system, air conditioning system, ventilation system), and landscaping around the building.

Interested bidders must be legal entities that meet the qualifications specified in the bidding announcement and have a construction track record of the same type as the work to be bid, with a value of not less than 500,000 Baht (five hundred thousand Baht), as a direct contract with a government agency or a private agency that the office trusts.

The selection of the winning bidder will be based on the technical and price proposals. The selected bidder must be able to complete the construction within the specified timeframe and in accordance with relevant engineering standards.
